1 person at the desk with an abysmal wait time, waited in line for an hour just to get a package that they could not deliver for some reason.

Every time I've ever been in here there's a long line, with two people working. After our mailbox has got broken into we were instructed to pick up our mail here at the side door which of course is closed when I'm on my way home from work so I'll have to stand in a long line. No time for this. This post office is terrible

The supervisor who looks like a 50 year old crack head with brown hair is a demon and talks to me beyond disrespectfully. When I asked for a manager and she came over she started talking and I had to ask her to speak to me more respectfully because she initiated the conversation yelling and aggressive towards me. She yelled at me and told me I don’t pay her bills so she doesn’t have to respect me after asking her a question regarding my mail being transferred and accepted documents. If you’re that miserable being at that place that you have to lash out at customers don’t work there. I think most people in the comments who are complaining would agree because there’s a pattern with the same woman.

The self-service kiosk is supposed to be accessible 24 hours a day. 90% of the time it’s closed after hours. Please update the hours of the kiosk to a certain range, or actually have it available 24 hours.

My sister-in-law sent me a box worth $500 and it came completely empty except one little blanket. Everything else was stolen and the supervisor was not helpful at all and she smelled a terrible smoke and she said you should have cameras on your house in order to track who stole what I believe that some near distribution stole the whole package and ripped it apart and I had to wait in the line with a three month old baby for hours every single time I go there it’s a huge line and only one window is open. it’s the worst place in the world , and I’m so disappointed that all my stuff is gone stolen. I hope that person will be cursed forever.
And I’m hoping for this local post office to get better it is absolutely the worst Post office in the country!
Anyone can tell that everything was stolen and they said to get a claim and their website doesn’t work and where the heck in the world will they find my stuff to send me one by one as they said??????????????

I have had my mail delivered by workers from this office for 25 years. Their quality of service has deteriorated for the past 6 years (for me, at least). They have frequently mixed up my mail other peoples mail (they have lost whole packages and envelopes with items and forms that were important to me for work and on a personal level. I will never know - even with the online informed delivery service - if or when I will get a letter addressed to me because now someone else will have to decide to send it back in the mail, track me down to deliver it, or just not care to do anything so they’ll keep it or trash it). They have people who sort out the mail for delivery, if a mix-up happens once or twice every few years, then so be it. This has been a weekly pattern for years, and one that they need to fix. Their drivers are too lazy to follow delivery instructions because they will mark a package with a required signature as undelivered because “no authorized recipient was available” on days when I waited by the door for them to knock. They never knock, they just default to the pink slip. If you have the time to pull up to my driveway, fill out the slip, scan it on your end, leave it on my door, and drive away, you have the time to knock once or twice. And when I select that they re-deliver it in person to me, they’ll leave it in the mailbox and mark online that they delivered it to me in person - you could not be farther from the truth. When I do have to come here, their counters are understaffed with at most two employees (it used to be three) servicing people. The lines fill up fast, and depending on who is working as a clerk at the counter, you will be forced to wait upwards of 20-40 minutes because the ones who I regularly see are unmotivated, arrogant, and not at all able to call themselves someone who deals with customer service. Their phone skills are terrible, I have had phone calls where I was put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and the call ended up dropping, and when I called again to ask for timely service, they hung up the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and unjustified. They are not capable of receiving feedback because I have filled out complaint form after complaint form to their administration, filled out online feedback forms, and have mentioned feedback to their workers in a kind manner. After all of that, they have not improved. If I wasn’t stuck with them as the sole government mail service, I would ditch them in a heartbeat. You can go to other places as much as you want to limit your interactions this office, but your day-to-day mail will still get mishandled or lost by them without a care in the world. I would change my mind about them in the future if they made real changes (like culling their terrible workers) and actually bothered to care, but as of now, I am convinced that will not happen. They are not a competent office that deserves to call themselves a postal service.

This is the worst USPS in existence. The carriers refuse to deliver packages. I have complained 4 times and they have now refused to deliver over 10 packages. I have a special needs child and they are refusing to deliver his larger sized hard to find diapers. Which is obviously a need. The lines are long and take forever. You can always hear people complaining about there personal USPS horror stories involving this place when you are in line. Don't expect anyone to actually solve a problem here. This place is worse than the dmv.

24 hour access not available. They have been locking the doors at an unknown hour. No signs or hours listed on the doors other than the 24 hour access sign. Very irritating as I cannot get to the post offices until after they close and I rely on this one to get my shipments out after hours. Even the website still says 24 hours. They should update the signs if they are closing the doors.

Would be nice if they didn't close all the windows for lunch or at least indicate that on your hours.
