Beware. Transparency is not this company's strong suit. My grandkids were taking classes here (the classes were great, no issue there) but they moved and are too far away to utilize the classes. My daughter called to cancel and was told she had to come in and sign paperwork to cancel. Neither of us were told that when signing them up and I asked about their cancellation policy. It would have been fine if that was the only inconvenience but when my daughter was able to get out there for the paperwork, only THEN was she told that apparently you need to give a 25 day notice to cancel!! Excuse me? We aren't renting an apartment? Again, this was never mentioned when my daughter and I asked about their cancellation policy. She was then told that we would be charged once more (not okay) but the kids would be able to access classes until they FINALLY cancel them. Fantastic seeing as they won't be able to go to the classes because they moved too far away which is why we needed to cancel in the first place. Over priced and very scammy business practice in my opinion.

I wanted to leave 5 stars but this gym has gone downhill big time since returning after I had my daughter. The only time it’s ever stocked with paper towels or clean is when Jessie is there. The women’s bathroom is disgusting and not to mention the odd turnovers in the kids club. I had to wait from 8 till 820 a handful of times bc nobody was in kids club. I never see the same person in kids club either. It is almost always someone different. It almost feels like this gym cycles through employees or just has a bunch of part time employees now. What happened to all of the previous staff that were amazing? It is not the same gym as when Gabby was there. I’m only keeping my membership for now because most of my friends go here (they complain of the same things) and it’s convenient for me to go right after I drop my son off at his school. Most of the staff and all of the trainers are awesome but management needs to be re evaluated because whatever they’re doing is not working.

I cancelled before the 3rd day and they denied my refund. Disputed it with the bank and their corporate denied the dispute as well. Clearly the contract states if you cancel within 3 days youd be refunded. Could probably have took them to court over it but fk it. 150 bucks. Actual facility is dope though.

Pretty good. Very clean. People need to pick up their weights though but besides that, it's a solid gym.

Over the past few months, this gym has taken a turn for the worse. The new staff are pushy, rude, and arrogant. It has become very dirty. They continue to allow more and more people to record video and take pictures. This leaves machines/racks/benches taken for extremely long periods of time. People are rude and entitled about it, have no issue filming others in the background, and I'm even dealing with it in the locker room. It's unacceptable. I shouldn't be told by another patron that "you will be blurred out" when I am changing after my shower and someone was recording in the locker room with me in the background. Beyond all of that if you buy sessions with a personal trainer or coach and you work with someone for months, and they leave for a better job, you are then left with money being wasted and unused training sessions.It gets one star because it has good quality equipment, good dumbbells, and other amenities such as a sauna and steam room (which one or the other is usually out of order).

Posting a review because the most recent ones had me on the fence and where misleading. I highly recommend this placeThis place is amazing, from the child care to your programs. Very clean facility with friendly staff. Everyone who works here is passionate about being here and it shows from the moment you check in.

This place has become so trashy the last month and a half. All new staff, who are off putting and rude. The daycare attendants are constantly rude and accuse us of not having an account, which we don’t, because we choose to pay for a day pass for the daycare. I started having to bring a receipt to defend myself. The whole gym is dirty now. The outside parking lot has literal trash on the ground, the outside cans are always overflowing. The gym is full of dirt and dust. I will likely be switching gyms.

I don’t know what happens to Gabby and the old staff but this new staff is horrible….. gyms always dirty, some nice front desk people but the managers and rest of the staff are a joke….

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I had trouble with my billing and have requested that the manager call me back via email and phone calls and never received a call back. I have a refund due because of errors in billing that were their mistake and yet cannot seem to get anybody to respond. They can't even get a hold of their own corporate office unless it is through email. They are scam artist and take your money and don't return it. Still having issues, told I was refunded some time ago week and a half ago and still haven't seen a dime. Manager is a jerk and doesn't have any customer service skills at all. Has not taken any responsibility for ignoring me as a customer. Useless manager was suppose to replace the old manager that was worse. I am not sure how the last manager could be worse than this one.

Love the gym. Place is always clean. Every one is so friendly. I would recommend to my friends go and visit the place. I am very glad to join the UFC FIT Puyallup.

Gym was pretty clean and had good equipment. General manager gabby I believe her name was is super nice, and made up for my first attempt at visiting the gym.
