The tux shop gave me a 5-star experience. I was fitted quickly and the tux was delivered at the date they said it would come. I was made to feel at home and the staff did nothing but hype me up. Great people.

Not sure what to say. Not a customer. But their Tux shirts sell for 50$. No used ones. ( Needed for hospitality work)Employee was super nice though. Looked clean. But 50$. Really?Gotta pay that rent some how.Not me though. Fk that. And wonder why Amazon is rocking the retail market.

Horrible experience. Didn’t get the suit we wanted. Came in for a the fitting and had to go smaller. Had my son try on a completely other suit, I told the attendant that I liked the look of the 2nd pants and she made me feel stupid for asking if the pants will also be changed. GUESS WHAT!!!! The pants weren’t changed and the original ones WE DIDNT WANT were included. It’s now the day of the event and I’m stuck with a suite we didn’t want and doesn’t fit.

The girl working here was extremely busy, yet took the time to make our son look his best for prom, above & beyond, nice tux's, I'd recommend them!

FRANK IS AMAZING!! He bends over backwards to do his best to get you everything you need. We wanted to purchase a tux instead of rent, and he was able to make it happen!!

Norma and franky are both a delight !! The best spot to go get a tux!! WAY better then the men’s wearhouse!!! My wedding group was pretty large and Norma and frank did exceptional!! One of my groomsmen didn’t make it in time to make alterations so she ordered him extra items to ensure he looked presentable on my big day !! Really a 5 star business experience!!!

I debated writing a review because I had a mixed experience. Two of us went to the Tux Shop to be fitted for suits for a formal event we were attending. The two gentlemen who were working in the shop were very nice and prompt. One of the men was filling in from another location. We left the fitting talking about how nice they were and how quickly the fitting was completed. Despite the cost, we had no reservations.We were told to come back the following Monday between 11-2 for a final fitting. I took several hours off of work to be there during this time frame. I was told my suit was not in the order, but I would be notified later that day when it arrived. I received word several hours later that it had arrived and to come in for my fitting prior to 7 PM. I drove from home and after being asked to wait for awhile, I was told that it had not come in as they thought. I understand things happen, but I was simply told that I would get a call Wednesday as they are not open on Tuesday. I called to be sure the suit was there when I had not received word, and confirmed the suit was in their hands.I picked up the suit, but was surprised I did not get more of an apology for having to make 3 trips in to the store. Because there was only 1 person working, and there were multiple customers, the fitting was very quick and I went on my way.When we put the suits on for the event, the hems were very noticeable- with clear lines where thread had "gathered." My pants were like clown pants, while the other suits pants were too short. I was very disappointed, and did not feel this reflected previous experiences I have had with the Tux Shop.Again, I appreciate the friendliness of the initial gentlemen, and it is clear from previous reviews people generally have good experiences. I am disappointed in my experience however, and in the way my order was handled.It will make me hesitate before using this location again.

Norma is FANTASTIC!! I can't imagine the stress that she must be under to get all the details done for all the big events people are having in their lives. You can tell that she truly cares about her clients, and wants to make their day memorable. I like that she cares more about the clients then the time that they require. Up front about what can be done, any limitations, and her honesty is very appreciated. Thank you for all that you do!!

My fiancé and I went to get a vest. We ended up canceling our order within the time frame of cancellations. I spoke to someone on the phone and cleared up my order and said I should be getting my refund back. It's been 2 weeks and I started to wonder why I never received it. I called back and they made me speak to someone I'm hoping was the manager. He said he'd fix my refund and did it over the phone. Told me I'd receive it within 3 day if not to call back. I still never received it and a week has gone by. I have been trying to call this place and no one ever seemed to answer my calls. I am too busy to go in store so I assume everything could be done over the phone. I call one last time and the lady on the phone explains to me what's going on. I've called my bank and have my statements for proof that I have still not received anything. She told me she'd have to email the accounting department. I asked how long could it be, she said hopefully soon. I have been waiting since then. It's been a month now since I haven't received my refund. About $60 worth of something I never used. That's a lot of money and I have been very patient with this whole process and now I am just fed up with this company for making run around. Never again will I come to this company!
