Stay away from this company. The clothes are cute, and sometimes they have good deals, but if you ever have a problem the customer service is terrible. They don't care about their customers at all. If you still are going to shop there make sure you don't buy a gift card online through their website. They don't work and customer service won't do anything about it.

Much better management and the store for the first time ever has a manager who cares about her customers and how best to service them. Even all the employees under are as nice and affable as their boss! The new boss is such a blessing that finally I enjoy shopping in that shop. Comparing to the previous management and workers, it's such a blessing to go there now!!!

I have been buying closes for my daughter here since she was born & she is now 9. I have never had an issue with my orders until today. I ordered a HUGE order, over 21 items. They were split into 3 different packages. Today I received the bulk of the package & it was supposed to have 16 items in it. Well I only received 8 items. I called & they couldn't do anything for me except to return my money. Which is fine but I wanted the items thats why I ordered them. How do u miss 8 items in an order?? Very disappointed!!

This store used to be so well organized, clean, and well managed last year it’s unbelievable when i walk in now, tables all unfolded, walls look a mess, the place is crowded with fixtures everywhere, can’t even walk around or look at stuff without feeling squished in one spot, the customer service is at zero percent and the girls who work there look miserable, one of them was sitting down with her legs crossed and couldn’t even be seen sitting near the walls looked like she was refolding the bottom shelves until I walked closer and noticed her, not even a smile or greet I was specifically looking for a jacket but it seemed like she wasn’t even approachable.. not shopping here definantly non existent customer service.

My experience with the childrens place is that I have worked there before. It's a wonderful place to go and take kids shopping for clothes. The service is wonderful and what's better is being around others who care and enjoy being around kids and helping the parents find what they needed and looking for so there kids are happy. The new manager she's a wonderful woman and is amazing, kind and sweet once you get to know her.

This is the second time in a row that I've placed a large online order and my items have been lost in the warehouse. When I call customer service they do not offer to replace the order or fix the mistake in any way.

Based on my experience, the store was organized and well stocked. The cashier (Grace) was kind and professional. However, I didn't see any other associates throughout the entire store, despite it being really busy. The cashier was the only one I observed answering questions and assisting customers; pretty much doing everything. There shouldn't be just the one employee being bombarded with work. Would probably return and recommend.

Messy, unorganized, over-all giving the appearance of not caring about how they are presented. Staff is unhelpful and rude 9 times out of 10. Occasionally you will get decent customer service but it's uncommon. I have credit with children's place but rarely use it because I hate this store so much. The clothes are barely worth it when they are on a super sale. Even then sometimes I'd rather go to Kohl's than to go into this shop. Uninviting, unfriendly and about as put together as Ross after Black Friday.

The manager at this store is disrespectful and tasteless. She made the experience here a horrible and negative environment. Finally after months of disrespect I left. If you want a manager and full time lead who are catty and gossipy then this is the place for you. All they do is talk badly about workers and make fun of them when they make a mistake instead of coaching. Very immature. She is so insecure about being a better manager than the previous manager, it is pathetic. The manager didn't use birth control in highschool and continues to make it our problem. She expects you to drop everything and fill in for her, but refuses and acts petty when you need the same. The district manager told her to open her availability if she wanted to be manager guess she just lied. She is a selfish, rude, disrespectful, tasteless, petty, and disgusting human being. Hopefully karma catches up to her. I'm glad to be gone from this toxic environment.

I’ve been going through these comments and it’s insane the stuff that I’m reading, I know Diana and I don’t know if she’s the manager now or not but I’ve been shopping at Children’s place specifically this one going on 3 years and I’ve always received amazing customer service, she’s very friendly and fond of her customers and is there to answer any questions. I’ve never heard her say anything rude and I feel like these people are saying something that is not and I’m here to say as a loyal customer that she is GREAT! The store always looks great and it’s so cute how she makes everything look like a doll house

The customer service is non existant. No greeting when I entered the store and no one said anything about the promos. Store was messy especially the clearance area.Diana is the name on my receipt and she was rude. She even seemed mad. Did not ask about my rewards and didnt say anything after the transaction. Made me feel like she didnt want me in the store. She was on her cell phone when I approached the counter.Will not shop here again. I will be going to Carters from now on. This staff member was rude and definitely not professional.
