I have used Gintz for the past 2 years and will not be using them again. It is extremely hard to get any messages returned and it is an impersonal mill. Too bad if you have any questions. The final straw was the receptionist trying to give me tax advise in a very snarky way because Tina wouldn't return my call. Very strange and awkward. I was a business owner for 30 years and if my employee ever responded in such an unprofessional way, 1) it would be malpractice if the person actually followed her advice, 2) they would be fired, 3) I would loose business. They have lost me and any further referrals. Find someone that cares about their clients. It's not Gintz

I had been doing my family taxes by myself for years. About three years ago I finally decided to take numerous referrals to Gitnz. WOW! So glad I did! They were able to help me break down my wife's business accounts and see things I'd never looked for. As well, I was able to take advantage of a number of money-saving suggestions. In addition, Jerry was able to help me repair some IRS mistakes I'd made on previous returns. I would strongly recommend Gintz A&T!

Staff refused to give any type of range of cost for a simple return, insisting that they needed to see my previous year before they could tell me how much it would be. RUN!!!!!!!!!! Any company not willing to give an estimate will really take you to the cleaners for the simplest of things!

I tried reaching out to them several times through email and phone calls and have never gotten a response either way. When I called, I was told a different gal than the one who answered does the scheduling. This person was supposed to return my call later on in the day and I have not heard anything, and it has been a week. I called back to follow up and no one answered the phone! I have called other places since then and have gotten a call back by end of business day.
