Had to return a defective cologne bottle. It was missing the spray cap. Whats weird ia it was in a plastic security box before I bought it. How was the cap missing? Stay on target

Worst target I’ve been to. Prices don’t match at register and staff ( Josh in particular ) his attitude SUCKS ! I’d rather pay higher prices elsewhere where people aren’t rude zombies. ✌?

Terrible experience. Why would you lock up breast pads? I hit that buzzer 3 times within a 30 min window before finding an attendant. The attendant called someone over but still no one showed up. At the 40 min mark I gave up and left the stuff I was going to buy.

Who doesn't love standing around waiting for the handful of employees nearby to ignore the locked case buzzer for a good ten min or so. Giving another store my money works better, also over the self check out roulette. Too much hassle.

Not enough employees. Check out takes forever and ordering an item through the app and picking it up from the store is cheaper than buying it in person? Makes no sense. Especially when it takes forever for anyone to bring out your order cause there aren’t enough employees.

i recently went to this location and the very large security guard with the awful mohawk haircut was very rude and accused us of throwing something when we didn’t. we got kicked out for trying to defend ourselves and say it wasn’t us that threw something but the raging leprechaun of a security guard was taking his non-necessary job too serious. the sorry excuse of a security guard also used many curse words aggressively to us.

Sooooooooooo slow!! Everything is locked up and they are slow to get to the case. They often only have 1 or 2 checkout lines open and self checkout closed. They take so long to scan.

This target is so amazing!! Josh in returns is the best! The service here is so fast and precise! They truly make sure every customer feels valued. The inventory in the store is also clean and stocked. Thank you for truly having wonderful customer service!!
I don’t want to forget about Adell who is a cashier! She is swift, kind, and just a wonderful person! She is wonderful to have in the front!

Terrible place. I was missing two items and called for support. The first guy who picked up the phone said that I was calling the wrong number because there's a Target Puyallup and a Target Puyallup south. I told him that I was calling the number from my receipt and told him what the address what. Then he got another guy to talk to me and told me to go online and sign in. That's when I was even more confused because I literally was at Target. I physically bought the items and had a cashier scan the items. Then the guy went in to check to see if the items got misplaced and then told me that they were not found. I asked if I could get a refund and he explained that I would need to visit the store again and get with customer service to explain my situation. I realized that it was not worth trying to get back $11. I told him I'm never going back to this Target ever again and that the cashier who checked out my stuff placed baking powder cleaner in the same bag as my food.
Never again.

Went in to get something really quick. Self checkouts were closed and only one register open. Didnt do an exact count but at least a dozen people in line probably more. Just put my item down and left.
