Normally I love this place. However, a while ago, I bought $44 worth of bone in rib steak. The meat was so tough that I ended up braising most of it to make it eatable. I’m not talking about silver skin and grizzle, but the actual meat itself. I have purchased meat from them in the past and been very pleased. Not this time though. I did call them to tell them about it. I did not talk to a manager, probably should have, the gentleman I spoke with said he would check with his suppliers to see what they had to say. I was not offered a replacement or refund. I won’t buy meat there again.
