Jordan was my salesman. I went in with the intention of looking and not buying, and the car he showed me was everything I've ever wanted! He made buying the car a very enjoyable experience, knew what he was talking about and gave me a reasonable price. This place is professional and gives you a sense of relief. today was a great day down at Sunset Auto. I went looking to replace my husband's Chevy Cobalt. I actually received a call after putting in a request for an instant offer. I answered thinking it was an emergency call, and I'm glad I did. before I could even get there, Dandre started working with me. He kept up with me while I was on vacation and took the time to build a great rapport with me. When I finally arrived, I felt like I was family. (And I brought treats bcuz you can never visit family empty handed) He took care of my littles as well. he had coloring books, crayons, and games for my 3 littles. This was so helpful as far shopping (or shopping) with children is not often fun. Dre met me at my car and listened to my story. he was patient and kind enough to really get the feel for what I was looking for. I went looking for a fully loaded luxury car. Dre found me an AMAZING deal on a Mercedes Benz gla class 250 to match my GLC 300. unfortunately, my husband just isn't ready to give up that old beater. I wish I was because they definitely earned my business. However, if you're looking for a car I highly suggest Sunset Auto for your car-buying needs. they have a wide range of cars in all types of brands, even a classic car of my birth year that belonged to someone very special. I purchased a vehicle from them and the engine light came on about 4 days after I purchased it. Initially I called them but got no answer, so I called Firestone. Firestone got me in and did a diagnostic. The diagnostic revealed that a sensor was out and both catalytics needed to be replaced. When I finally reached Sunset Auto and explained to them what was going on, they were dismissive and incredulous. They had me to bring the car into their mechanic who agreed to do another diagnostic and make the repairs. Their mechanic only fixed half of the issue and now the engine light is back on and the engine makes a whirring noise upon acceleration. I am beyond outdone with these shady people.

I went in to look at a 2015 Jag XF. I talked to Dylon. He took me down to the detail shop so I could see it. We took it for a test drive. That was Friday or Saturday. On Monday Dylon can in on his day off and I purchased the car. I always do my homework when purchasing a car so I know what issues are common to the vehicle. A dealership can't know everything that may go wrong with a vehicle but I like knowing what I could be in for. I'm am very satisfied with my experience with Dylon and Sunset Auto.

Do not buy from here. Long story short(hopefully) my boyfriend bought a truck here a few months ago. On the test drive noticed a noise asked it for it to be fixed in the We Owe. They made excuses. We got the truck checked out a few weeks later. Needs a drive line. He was told there's service team would reach out to the sales person and they would contact us. They did not. We called back and now they want us to use our warranty. Also note that my boyfriend texted the salesman he didn't respond. This will be 300 dollars out our wallet. I work at a dealership and we do not sell cars that have problems and if we do we get them fixed for the customer for FREE! Very disappointing.. I will be having my service team check the car out. If it's anything else wrong with this car I will be reaching out again.

FIVE STARS FOR CHAD. Appreciate everything they've done for us. Applied for an car online from home and drove it off the lot the next day. Chad answered all questions and gave us a few tips! Absolutely horrible service. It was two thousand for repair even when they "promised" nothing was wrong; because they "Diagnose the car before selling". Our car almost "exploded" because of how everything overheated. After the dealership repaired the car they left behind a disgusting smell. They sold us a DANGEROUS car. Please do not buy from this dealership, it is not worth your time especially as other reviews say. Those "Nice" workers are just putting on a smile for you to get their broken cars.And the amount of times i've seen other customers say the same thing in the reviews is so ridiculous. No one should waste their time here. Please save your money do NOT ignore these low reviews DO NOT waste your money or time PLEASE find a different dealer with GOOD reviews.

Bought a car here, the day of the engine light comes on- Thanks Dylan! Offered me a hefty service package. After declining multiple times, it somehow still ended up on my final sellers agreement. I sat down with my bank teller and right of the bat. He told me licensing should NEVER be 500$. He told me they completely overvalued the car and were ripping me off. For an Infiniti G35 with their service package and licensing, I was approaching 20k. After I told them to take the service package off again, and to lower the licensing fee, I got it lowered to around 14k. After I got back, eddy pushed the service package on me to the point where it was uncomfortable. I can't imagine what type of business they are when you don't ask questions. Not only that- 5 minutes after I get the car, my service light comes on. I just called today, and the shop they work with is getting me in. If they are going to try and make me pay I'm lawyering up. Lemon law. No wonder they offer the service package because their cars need them It is a beautiful car, but lucrative business practice at play. Be warned.

Any future car buyers, do not consider purchasing a car from Sunset Auto Wholesale in Tacoma. This dealership is deceptive in that they will not divulge or reveal the many hidden problems in the car they will sell you. I purchased an Audi A3 from Sunset Auto Wholesale & have already spent $3000.- in repairs in less than 2 months of owning the vehicle! Essentially Sunset Auto ripped me off! I contacted the manager, Farb, via email, I have yet to receive a response from him. They now appear to be withholding my new plates because of a negative review I posted on another site. All I can say is do yourself a favor & stay well away from this dealership. They're dishonest, have no scruples & hide imminent & serious car problems from buyers. Do not support such a place with your hard earned money!

Sells car warranty you can't use because the cars on their lot have pre existing conditions. That's why the cars are there!!!They will also sell you theft insurance.Sales men make fake relationship with you and they find your weakness and feed off it.

I got my car here 3 years ago. Still drives well and only had minor issues ($200 fix). The service was good, and the salesmen weren't all too pushy. I got a great deal and my cars still running without any issues. What more can one ask for? I would recommend this establishment, but do your research on cars before buying if you're not familiar with used cars.

Andrew hooked me up with my dream weekend car a Dodge Challenger SRT8! All the other sales persons who were working at the same time kept checking on me and was seeing if I needed anything during the signing process(and they were working on other sales at the time) The professionalism of the team at Sunset Auto was phenomenal! I appreciate Andrews help setting up the arcade games (yes, they have arcade games to keep the kids busy during the paperwork process and I was playing them also, maybe another toy to invest in for my house?!!!)My 9 year old son was kept busy and for that I appreciate it!Also, the gentleman who was working the closing paperwork ( I forgot his name sorry) had everything ready to sign for me. No BS with these people. No pressure. I am really thankful for the great customer service! I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this was the most painless process ever! I'm going to trade our work truck in soon to get a nice car for my wife here! We will be only doing business with Sunset from now on!Swing by and ask for Andrew ! He's a hard worker and will not let you leave dissatisfied !Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience with Brandon Rachal here. I came from Oregon to help my daughter buy a truck and found her a great truck and found myself the exact truck I had been looking for at a great price. They got us both amazing financing and even bought us lunch while we jumped through the hoops that is buying 2 vehicles. Great people great financing great selection of good vehicles! They even let me leave my old truck there for the weekend while I got a dolly to drag it back to Oregon. When I went to pick the old truck they had even washed it for me!!! Can’t say enough! Thanks guys
