I am not impressed with their customer service. I ordered my son's jacket and shirt that was required by his team a month ago and at $120 I would hope that they have great customer service and I still have yet to receive my order. I received an email from them that the order had shipped to my address, after days of not getting it I emailed to try and get a tracking number as that was not sent in the shipped email. The lady who answered told me that it was part of a team order and once all of the orders were completed we would receive them. I told her it was very confusing to get the email saying it was shipped to my address and her response was the same as before its part of a team order and it will be sent to the coach when all orders are completed. Now a month after the order, and now that the season is almost over I still do not have the order. Both my children have been involved in sports and the clothing orders from other places have never been this expensive and never taken this long, and most of the places have been out of the state. There is no reason a place in Puyallup should take so long getting orders to Sumner!!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone and I only hope after talking with the coach they find a new place to order their gear from!!!
