Bought a holster they recommended for my pistol. Got home. Didn't fit. Went back. They didn't have one that fit. They would only refund me onto their gift card. Which I can only use at their store. And they don't have what I need. How retarded is that!?

Bad service. Empty store lots of employees yet impossible for anyone to help you. Seems like they're either really busy doing whatever for whoever else that isn't in the store or just plain lazy

I mean a deal is a deal, even if it was a Black Friday deal. The employees are friendly and they worked hard. Not a dig against the store but they were understaffed all Xmas season. But I’m happy and I appreciated all their efforts.

That’s nice you I call you and you tell me to come pick up my gun on the 20th and I get here and they say I have to wait until the 22nd. Thanks for wasting an hour of my morning..Wow come at 655 and tell me I can’t get my gun ! This store sucks. Now I have to come back for a third time!

Helpful and knowledgeable, so far so good. Only have done paperwork on my firearm, we will see for sure when I hit the mandated 10 business day waiting limit. I expect there will be no problems and will be a great experience overall

Where do I start? Purchased a glock 30S from this store. After multiple inquiries and 30 days later....I was told that the assistant manager messed up the paperwork and my "proceed" was actually issued the same day I bought it. So I got my gun and began carrying it every day since it's the smallest in my collection. 6 months passed and they call to tell me I need to bring it back due to another error on their end. They wanted me to do another 4473 and wait another period. I returned the gun and will no longer be buying from them. I suggest buying from someone that actually knows what they're doing.

Went to the store in person for some of their Christmas sale items. Took a number tag at the gun counter to wait for assistance. After waiting 45 min, my number was called. I explained to the employee I wanted to order a rifle. I was told all firearms orders have to be done online and they couldn't help. I didn't see any sign stating this and there's nothing on the website stating this policy either. Talking with some coworkers that also shoot, they stated they've never had that problem and 1 had just ordered a gun at the Federal Way location in person. I don't know if this is just Puyallup's location policy, but I feel it's poor customer service, especially since the policy isn't posted. I decided to order my rifle from a different retailer even though the price at the other retailer was $150 more. it was worth paying more knowing I wouldn't have to deal with the staff at the Puyallup store again.
