All these ladies here are completely out of hand, they discriminate against certain people and are aggressive, rude, and even will call you stupid. I had a bunch of stuff in my cart I was gonna buy, and they said it was a danger for customers so one of the employees ripped my cart out of my hand and started pushing it away from me super fast with all my stuff in it because she was just extremely rude and a huge embarrassment for goodwill. She stole my purse, and wouldn’t give it back until her coworker kept yelling that she had it. She ignored me loudly saying “you have my purse can I have it back” over and over and kept walking away from me with it only stopping once her coworker yelled HER PURSE enough times for it to register in her head. Since when does buying a lot of items ENDANGER other customers? That was their reason to harass me and ban me and rip my cart away from me with my wallet and purse in it and start walking away with it.
I literally did nothing, they’re just mean and nasty people. Avoid at all costs. Plus their merchandise is overpriced, and if you want to buy too many items they will steal your stuff and cuss you out and ban you for being too dangerous for others! Biggest joke I’ve ever heard.

Employees lack good customer service. The pricing is way higher they try to sale shoes with no insole for far more than they are valued. I have never received good customer service at this location they are rude. I think they need new management.

Like all goodwill their prices are crazy. They have 5.99 on an item with a retail tag of 7.99…and it was broken. Even if it wasn’t only $2 below retail? I know yall say it goes towards helping people, but if your prices were reasonable you’d sell more ?♀️

12915 Meridian South Hill, WA store turned the lights out on us at 7:50. It was so dark we were only able to make it to the front because the street lights were shining in front door. One man said he was almost blind and was afraid of falling. I've also been treated poorly by a woman named Cindy many times. She truly is a bully. Two people waiting in line said she talked down to them also. I stood in line with 2 men in the dark and they were disrespected by her also.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely rude and lazy. I drove 20 minutes to donate, arrived 15 minutes before closing and pulled up behind a car who had just dropped stuff off. When I pulled up, the door was closed and I saw the staff standing there, then watched them all hide. My fiancé walked up to the door and someone came out yelling through the window that they were closed for the weekend due to staffing, even though they had literally just closed because I saw someone just drop stuff off and there was a full staff of people back there. I then called, someone answered who had to have been one of the ones in the back that hid from me and was extremely rude over the phone. I will never go back here again as this is the SECOND time something like this has happened here. Awful and I will be reporting them to corporate.
