I dress business casual for work; Sports Coats, Dress Shirts and Slacks. I’ve been coming to this establishment for the last 4yrs. The customer service is exceptional and the dry cleaning work is just as excellent. I get compliments on my shirts frequently at work. I have also had quite a bit of alterations done to numerous sports coats and good results there as well. I recommend this business for the services I have had done. Very pleased frequent customer.

They do a pretty good job with standard clothing, but my formal dress came back missing sequins and worse, one draper panel that we had dry cleaned came back with nearly a foot of shrinkage in length. This I don't understand because they had previously cleaned drapery panels with no problem, no shrinkage. But as you can see from the photo, I now have to replace my drapes.

When a dry cleaning service breaks your sleeve buttons on your dress shirts because of their cleaning process or their equipment, who do you think pays to repair the buttons at a cost of $1 per button? You as the customer does. Next question...if you are paying for the broken buttons that the dry cleaners are causing, what prevents them from breaking more buttons when they know you are going to pay for them? Exactly! Who in their right mind would do business with a company like this? Not this guy.

I've been using these cleaners for a long time. They always made mistakes, or ruined clothes, but I had no other cleaner to use. Now I'm permanently done with them. Over the past month+ I've had 2 pairs of pants with a light food stain that I brought to them. I brought them in the first time amd when I picked them up I didn't check them. Sure enough they weren't cleaned at all. I brought them in a second time amd specifically asked them to be cleaned. Once I picked them up the stains in both pants where still there. The next day I brought them back and asked y haven't they been cleaned. They went off about how they do remove stains. I explained that it's a light food stain and easily washes off. I came home, dabbed some water on my hand and rubbed the spot with the finger a little. Hung it to dry and later that night wouldn't u know it the stain is gone. Never using these cleaners ever again! So many clothes ruined and money wasted on them!

I took some 4 dresses to do some hem to my dress and I bought them in SHEIN for about $20 each. When I went to pick them up my charge was 365.00 . Really more than the dress cost ???. I didn’t have money to take them out. I really didn’t expect it to be so expensive, so she said she will sell them . Expensive and rude employee. $365 dollars for 4 dresses to get the hem done. If you guys go to the cleaners and see some dresses on for sale remember they don’t cost more than $25 . I got them in SHEIN.

The only thing I ever use the cleaners for is for my duvet. A king sized down duvet that would not fit in any regular wash and wouldn't want to anyway since it was so expensive and requires dry cleaning. I had a hugeeeeee stain on my comforter and they were able to take it out and got it brand new again. This is about $50 service to wash king duvet.

Barely did anything to the clothes & cost me over $300. Extremely rude. Better off going somewhere else.

They altered a dress for my sons wedding and ruined it! They refunded my money after returning several times to show them how poorly it was altered and they gave me my alterations done money back but after going here for over 15 years they told me to not return because they lost money on the alterations. They ruined a $175.00 dress, and then told me I was no longer a welcomed customer at their dry cleaners.
