At first I loved living there. The convenience of school/work right there. But constantly having issues with upstairs neighbors and being loud, knocking ceiling lights off, calling the police and nothing being done. Maintenance orders would take a while to get fixed as well. For a non-smoking complex, lots of smoking happening. My children were also accused of smoking and graffiti ( my kids are 12,10 and 6). Rent was decent at first but it increased and was more expensive than the quality of living there.

My experience here has been enhanced by the new management and of course the maintenance team is amazing and whole group really cares about this place and have been working hard to make things the best that it can be and I really appreciate them. Thank you for all you do!

I have asked several times that the cupboard door in the bathroom to be put on and for the back screen door be fixed these were existing issues that were there when I moved in but have never been fixed

Sadly I'm changing my review. This place has gone down hill fast and I'm a hurry. Been here 5 years and it's disgusting now. ? Garbages over flowing all the time. No bags in the pet stations that are covered in dog feces. They don't pressure wash the stairs anymore and it is gross on my building. They keep raising the rent without making anything better. The pool is always messed up in the summer time. No one Cleans the grounds. It's sad. Even the landscaping has declined.

We've been here for a year and a half now and have enjoyed our time overall.There have been only minor issues . Recently , there was a note left on all doors in my building about a noise complaint and while I understand trying to be discrete, I'd love to know if it was my apartment so I could be more careful to keep the noise down . I have an 8 and a 1 year old .Only other issue is not the apartments fault , but the kids tend to run wild and unsupervised . The management has made efforts to fix it but what can they really do .I don't really go out to play with my 8 year old anymore because of this and the fact that most of the kids his age here are not very nice . Again though, NOT managments fault .

This is a great place if you want to waste all your money on terribly built and managed apartments. if you've been wanting to know what it's like to live around the most irresponsible parents and their gang banging kids, this is the place for you! it's very garbage-chic, you'll feel like a rat with the amount of garbage outside your front door, courtesy of your neighbors children who dump food all around the complex with no punishment. there's some contemporary artwork you'll find around the place, such as sw*stikas and "adult drawings". inside you'll find dungeon like interiors, as the architects strategically designed the entire complex to face neither sunrise or sunset, so you get no natural light! and even if your unit does face west or east, the only opening in your main living space is a balcony. all in all, this is the type of place a person would avoid at all cost.

07/2823Wow! They did it again! Rent raised again! Just over a year and it has been raised over $400! The sad part is this place is turning into a dump! The garbage areas are so disgusting, overflowing 80% of the time with cat litter and other gross stuff all around them onto the sidewalks. The grass and vegitation are being destroyed by huge dogs and you can always fibd massive amounts of dog poop on top of bushes and everywhere! Garbage throughout the complex. Car thefts every week. Breakins, the pool is closed more than not. Ammenities suck because you cant use them after work. My grandson's 5th bike just got stolen. To top it all off, I just got a threatening document sayibg if I didn't comply by August 29, I would be evicted. What did I do? There was an inspection for fire and when my grandson was asked if there was an adult home he said no, but the right question would have been is there some who is 18 years old home. That happened twice. They never left a note saying this at all. Anyway, I don't like threats, especially after luving here over 6 years and never paying rent late wver, or caused any kind of trouble. God help me get out of this place!I don't understand how it is legal for FPI Management to raise rent twce within 5 months for a total over 26%! Yes. 26% increase! I can't afford low income living anymore. These guys get millions of dollars for providing low income rent in tax credits but they have dropped the ball and are straight up greedy and lining their pockets. How is this even legal? Well, I'm going to find out and if you live here I will be contacting everyone for signatures. Discusted with greedy corps who get "millions in tax credits". Time for an audit!

The grounds are Filthy, garbage pilled up inside dumpsters, and around the dumpsters, apts too small for being low income, rent for low income is horrible. Disappointed.
