I had emailed Sound Medical Supplies to confirm that they could indeed provide the desperately needed replacement battery for my Drive Auto Flex, fully expecting to be disappointed. Being a specially designed lithium battery for just that scooter, I hadn’t been able to find any kind of selection online or nearby. And nobody I called offered any help or suggestions. I was not expecting much from SMS let alone having the owner personally get in touch with me! He explained everything such as how he would have it delivered direct from the manufacturer and he’d make sure it was shipped asap. I was astonished to say the least! True to his word, it was shipped and delivered within 3-4 days. “Zippy”(yes, I named my scooter- don’t judge me) is my legs and I am so grateful for being able to navigate my world again. Highest recommendation! Thank you Dane Gallion for your patience, knowledge and efficiency.

I was desperately searching for days for an uncommon lithium battery for my older Drive Zoome. I found one for an unreasonable amount and was ready to give up. Then I saw Sound Medical Supplies had the battery at a reasonable price but I was suspicious. I sent an email to reassure myself that they were legit and the owner got in touch with me. THE ****** Pinch me, Im dreaming. But he reassured me it would come from the manufacturer and when my order came thru he would make sure it shipped asap. And sure enough it shipped later that day and I had it within 2-3 days. Cant tell you how pleased I am with that gentleman, his knowledge and excellent customer service. Im once again out and about- foot loose and fancy free! Thank you most sincerely!

Got two broken heels. Crawling on the ground for week and a half. Got wheelchair prescription. No help. Don't care about anybody. Just wait or I'll make you wait longer. Extremely disrespectful people at this place can't wait!!! till there crippled and need help and hope they get the same service. Comes around goes around.

I have rented the Solax Transformer scooter several times from **** and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife was able to get to places in *****, ****** that she would have never been able to see without the scooter.

A friend of ours in ********** was looking for ***************** Scooter and she saw that Sound Medical Supplies was near our house. We went to Sound Medical and asked about that scooter. They did not have one in the store since the one they rent was already rented. He told us all about the scooter and we passed the info on to our friend who purchased one and is happy with it. We then went back to rent the same scooter for my wife who had knee replacement surgery and we were going on a cruise to ****** and thought that the Transformer would be great for travel. The rental scooter was back in the store so my wife tried it and thought it would work well for her.We took that scooter on the cruise and it did everything it was supposed to. My wife loved it and I loved not have to push a wheelchair. If we need to buy one in the future that will be the one we get.
