My husband had all his belongings packed into a UHaul to take to California and he ended up in the hospital. We rented a unit so we could get the UHaul turned back in and Suzee was awesome!! She helped me get all checked in on the day we rented the unit, showed us where our unit was located and said if we need anything to check in his her. My mom and I were not able to unload the UHaul until Monday and she came by and checked on us and gave us cold water bottles because it was very warm outside. She’s made our experience at Smart Storage great and I look forward to seeing her when we are at the unit next week!
