My wife has to go to this location to get her vehicle serviced and she came home in tears because "they called her ugly" and said other very horrible things about her in the shop that she overheard. I made sure to thoroughly ask if she was sure she was talking about her. They also allowed another person to cut her off in line putting her behind another 45 minutes. How this place is even allowed operate with these unprofessional children running around there is beyond me. Do you have smart start needs? I highly recommend taking a trip elsewhere. I've only heard horrible experiences come out of this place

I'm so absolutely shocked at the attitude and demeanor of, what im assuming is, the owner. Turned me away for paying up front through the app which smart start company said he shouldn't have done. They don't answer the phone and he literally acts like you're wasting his time. Smart start set up my appointment which he claimed he had no appointment set so he attempted to charge me for another month. He was so mean to me the 3 times I went there that I had to ask my husband to go with me. There was one really nice guy that worked there who I was lucky enough to deal with on one occasion. For my removal I took my car to Portland Ave location. Worth the extra drive!!!! I never in my life have been treated so terribly by a man. Go the extra 15 minutes to Portland Ave location.

The guys at Platinum are always helpful & friendly. They install & calibrate quickly. I’ve been with them going on 2 years.

I had to get my car towed there and the tow truck was a few minutes late... the guy turned me away and I had to pay to tow it back home.. complete waste of time and money... this guy had no empathy and only cared about himself.. I highly recommend you DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.. !! Go out of your way to take it somewhere else, it’s really not worth it to go anywhere near this place

Horrible customer service , was really upset after my appointment there . The workers were using their electronic cigarettes and vaping in the shop too which didn't seem rightto me. Immediately switched to lifesafer after my experience. Have two other friends who have had the same outcome.

Absolutely do not ever go here. Its hands down worth an extra drive somewhere else. Waited outside in line for 50 minutes, which in total was over half an hour past my appointment. Guy tells me they're closed and my appointment didn't exist!

I was not happy to come get a blow n go but I did get into trouble and no ones fault but mine. I had a chip on my shoulder coming in but that quickly change once dealing with the guys here, friendly, fast on the putting it in and very informative on everything. Plus it’s a car stereo store so guess what else I got that was broken? Yup I have some tunes to keep me going down the road.

Smart start scams you out of your money. I have been having problem with the IID on my car lately and I feel like they set it up like that to make money. The IID tells me to blow non stop even if the car has already been started. The display is completely blank especially now that its at the end of the month and I have to make monthly payments. It always always always happen to me at the end of each month. I missed two roll test blows because the device kept telling to blow Start eventho my car is running like this is dumb. The display does not show any violations at this point and hopefully it stays that way when I go in for calibration.
