I lived at Silver Creek for years and this place was always great. Tons of parking and even garage space available. Staff are always friendly and maintenance issues always got addressed swiftly. Also property was ALWAYS incredibly well maintained. Thankyou for the wonderfull home!

I lived at Silvercreek for a year and a half, and this complex has been the best I’ve lived at thus far. Jillian (manager) is very nice and does her best to provide quick answers to any questions you have. Maintenance answered work orders quickly and sufficiently, the apartments themselves are really nice in quality and you don’t hear your neighbors on a daily basis. I only ever had one issue with a break in on my vehicle, but other than that the area is relatively calm and peaceful. The views are also great! Road noise is loud, as you are on a highway.

Lived here for 18 months, never had any issues, whenever need maintenance, they responded very swiftly, (very minor issues). Jillian was friendly and made it appoint to remember my name which I’m sure she knows for all her residents, great customer/ tenant service whichever phrase you’d like. Payton was also very nice. An annoyance, out of their control so no fault in rating, the constant passing of emergency service vehicles, loud, and kinda often tbh. Or the cars with loud exhaust, feels like it bounces off the wall if you’re closer to the 176th side.

My husband I lived here for about two years before moving (we wanted a little more space) and honestly, they were great the whole time. Jillian and Payton were always on top of any emails or voice-mails we left them and maintenance was fast and responsive to any issues we had. The only reasons I wouldn't give a five star is the gates were broken a lot of the time. That and parking can be a bit of a bear, especially at night. In retrospect, I'd definitely recommend investing in a covered spot or garage. Other than that, we had next to no issues while living here.

We lived in these apartments for 5 five years and never had any major issues. Any maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. It is definitely the most affordable apartments in the area always a little less expensive then everything nearby. I think the complex is only about 8 years old so everything is still nice. I definitely recommend getting a carport or a garage for parking. Jillian and Peyton are great so nice. The new maintenance guy Richard is also great. I put in a work order and he showed up within a half hour. Living there allowed us to save enough to buy a house which is the only reason we left. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Current resident review:If you plan on moving in, please be aware, that our front gate is not working since September last year. So, for over 4 months, our community is not safe at all. Also, I want to mention that there is no playground here! We have been told numerous times that there is one ordered, but we are still waiting for it. The office staff will tell you that we should get one installed very soon. This is not true! We are waiting for this playground for almost 2 years.Silver Creek Apartments is still blamingCovid-19 for not bringing the playground due to some supplies shortage. I wonder for how long Covid will be an excuse for them?

A lot of people doing drugs. Plus breaking into cars. We have had our cars broken into twice. One guy ask me today how do we get the neighbors to stop smoking meth. That's a management problem. It's unsafe to live here period.

Bad experience of 1.5 years living here. Gates are always broken for weeks at a time, anyone can get in the middle of the night without trying. The office will literally NEVER answer the phone, and doesn’t get back to you when you leave a Voice mail. They took money out of our deposit when we moved out for things that were already broken when we moved in and we noted on our move in inspection, half of our deposit was kept. They had to “repaint” walls but we never dinged them up or did anything that would warrant a repaint. Blinds that didn’t work when we moved in, they charged us for a cleaning fee when we left the place spotless. From our understanding we were only supposed to get money taken out for carpet cleaning. so made no sense to charge us for those things. We tried calling them about it when they sent us the remainder of the deposit and they never answered the phone and never got back to our voice mail. It was very frustrating.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people had everyone on year long leases before the pandemic. Once the pandemic hit they forced everyone into month-to-month leases and they have raised our rent like crazy every other month. They have raised our rent by almost 200 dollars in the span of 6 months. Not to mention they keep taking amenities away like closing the gym, and failing to rebuild a park that was vandalized due to the gates CONSTANTLY being broken down...They are literally pricing people out of their own apartments. This business is shady, don't trust them. Look somewhere else PLEASE!

My wife and I lived here for 4 years and always had problems with the trash overflowing, never enough parking, the gates are ALWAYS malfunctioning and the road noise from 176th St never stops……like EVER!We just moved out and after spending $300 on paint and cleaning supplies, we were still charged for carpet cleaning($300 for a one bedroom apartment?) and blind cleaning(which my wife and I both did), and other Miscellaneous charges that just so happen to add up to $16 more than our security deposit that we were suppose to get back. Kind of disappointing when you spend so much money Spackling and painting the entire apartment. A couple of days later we stopped by to visit with some friends and noticed they were replacing the carpet anyways with hardwood floors Apparently they did that to some other people here too….. not very honest! don’t bother cleaning anything when you leave you’re going to be charged regardless.Oh and make sure you give a PROPER 20 day notice, not 19 when you decide to move… or you’ll have to pay for another months rent while you’re not living there? So all together this move cost us a additional $2200.I would suggest stopping by on M-F anywhere from 3pm - 7pm and looking around before you think about renting here.Best of luck

Payton has got to be the nicest rental consultant we've ever dealt with! She is so responsive, so helpful, and super nice! We've had tons of questions and she always answers everything so thoroughly. Thank you, Payton!!!

We need a playground!!!If you have little ones and planing to move in, please ask the management to show you the playground which is listed on the amenities list. In fact there's NO Playground here. We have been begging for one over a year.

Although the floorplans are ideal and the place is beautiful, the staff can't seem to answer the phone, nor email, when it comes to inquiries about the property. How are you supposed to sublet apartments, if you don't respond to inquiries?
