“This PostNet has to be the top in the organization in all aspects! It is aways well staffed and the representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All of the equipment is always working, and they are there to help if you have any problems.
But the thing that stands out is the customer service! Genny, Ezra, Jacobi, and Cassandra always greet me by name (I have a business box there), and they remember things about our previous conversations. I sometimes expect them to pour me a drink and tell me to pull up a stool - it totally has that vibe! :-) I am never rushed and I have noticed that they give this service to all who enter.
Recently, I had a package that FedX lost (NOT PostNet's fault), and they have bent over backwards to help me retrieve it.
