I like their food selection, but it's been picked up at earlier times so it isn't always available. They used to have two slurpy machines, but only have one now with two flavors. Good thing, it's usually the good flavors though.For their rewards points program, I signed up again recently at the pump. I've lost track of how many times that I keep trying to get fuel rewards from this company, but I decided to try again this November in 2023. After putting in my phone number, there was no text confirmation received. And then no receipt was spit out of the machine after the transaction was complete. The fuel rewards is separate from the Jackson Rewards, which I still do not understand why.In order to receive points, you would have to successfully sign up and register for both in order for them to work. But it's been a few years and I finally got the Jackson Rewards a couple of months back at this location. There was an issue using it at the other location though in the same city. I've been having issues with the rewards program since 2019.

This is the best gas station and convenience store in town. Everyone who work there is friendly and they seem to be having a good time which tells me that it's managed very well. It's super clean inside and their coffee bar is awesome. You also get a free banana with every coffee or soft drink that make sure I get a little bit of fruit in my diet.

Horrible that you have a sign in the front of your store stating a special and your employee doesn't honor the sign. This is actually against the law. I will be sending to better business bureau.
