The Taco Bell side is great. Good food and great service. If you head over to the gas station side, however the people will barely speak to you and act like they are being put out by having to interact with you. Your money can better be spent elsewhere.

Would not recommend. After inserting my card the ONLY option it auto-selected was the nitro premium, I kept selecting regular (I didn't accidently hit premium). Since I was on empty I put in $20. Went inside to ask for the difference to credit so I could finish filling up. Was told nothing they could do, just add the total gallons I needed manually. With that still couldn't fill up. I won't ever come here again, even if on E.

The car wash attendants are friendly and my car always looks great after. Suggestion: it would be nice if the vacuum was for car wash or Shell customers only.

Horrible car wash and the tanks don't shut off. I thought it was taking a long time to fill my car and I looked in my mirror and gas was running out of my car. They are crooks just like the Restaurants that surround them

Do not use their bathroom. The bathrooms are not public restrooms. These bathrooms are only for employees. These are not customers bathroom. One of the workers told us to leave immediately and we got kicked out. So one of the workers told us that you got 10 seconds or we asked us to leave. What kind of a customer service is that? And is this how you treat your customers like that?

I chose this Shell because it has a car wash. Imagine my surprise to find the car wash was being worked on. A heads-up would have been nice. I won't be back.

It looks pretty clean but I have only been here 2 times.. This one I am now sitting in the parking lot because apparently nothing opens over off canyon until 5 am.... Lakewood has a lot of 24 hr stores but not here I guess.

The cashier/associate... (his name is You) was so rude . I walked up to the counter ( I am the only customer in there) We are looking at each other... I say Hi...he gives me a I could care less look and gave no response. So I say Hi again.... we have this long awkward stair down , he is raising his eyebrows. I said, what you don't say Hi? He says Ooh Hi. Is this how you treat your customers?

I know someone who just left here and me nor will anyone I know would I ever recommend walking in this place. First of all we brought a refill cup for soda and after filled it were told they don't do refills so I had to pay the full two dollar price, not that serious. Go to leave taste the soda it's flat as hell take it back in and ask for a refund and then were told they also don't do refunds. Guess that's why they had to clean the soda off the floor after words, serves them right.

Worst car wash! Car wasn't scrubbed hardly at all by lazy workers and I paid for Platinum! Didn't clean under the spoiler at all! Wipe after was 4 little swishes and that was it! Small 5 year old female children could have done better than the healthy young men working there!h

This place is attached to a Taco Bell. Not a bad place. I don't care for thier car wash. It's pretty rough. I've used it twice and now prefer not to use it. The store itself is clean and the cashier was nice.

Always friendly service here, and they have cheap refill prices on their Soda. This location has a car wash there, and attached to them is Taco Bell. Its also at a good location just off of 512.
