Rude. The never say hi when you come in even when you say it they don't say it back. We live less than a minute away so it's very convenient to come here but will now go out of our way to never spend our money here again

I love their pizza! My husband does too! We rarely agree on a good pizza place, but this has finally done it!

The pizza used to be awesome! I really looked forward to stopping be and grabbing a slice. After new owners took over it's not the same, it's just regular gas station pizza now, greasy, thin, and boring. Resembles little Caesars

They used to have the best pizza! I preferred it over any other local place. I believe they have a new owner and both he friendly service and pizza quality have gone down hill fast. Tonight I for 4 slices of pizza and they are cardboard with no sauce. My kids won't even eat it and it was more expensice then 2 medium pizzas from Dominos!!!. Bring back the girls who used to work there who made amazing pizza and were so friendly, maybe we will bring our business back.

This is great pizza. Good service. The ladies are all over doing their job.If you want an entire pizza you have to order ahead and they'll square you up.

The new young girl they hired is rude as can be, slow, very dismissive of customers, complete airhead & is too worried about her phone/when she will get her next smoke break to do her job even half efficiently, let alone even attempt to be polite. Arms are covered in track marks that she makes zero attempt to hide. God forbid you need to ask for a Receipt or help in general while she’s staring at her phone, she will turn around to give you a nasty glare & just stare at you saying nothing until you walk away because apparently staring at her phone means more to her then her job does. Will not be going back in during midday that’s for sure.

This is the first time that I review a place because I feel the need to warn others. I used to come in more frequently years ago but never again.Me and my two friends came in to buy a few things on the night of 4/20/21 and not even 5 minutes of us browsing and being inside the cashier began accusing us of stealing and demanding us to leave. It seems to me he was especially focusing his attack on my black friend. So my friend emptied out his pockets to show that he had no unpurchased items and that he was not attempting to steal but the cashier did not want to reason or listen! My friend even tried to explain that he was intending to buy the items he had in his hands but to no avail. The cashier threatened to call the police if we didn't leave so we left so as to not cause any trouble. But now in retrospect I wish we would have stayed because we were doing nothing wrong!I feel mad, disrespected and even discriminated against because the cashier was acting belligerent and demeaning towards us. I work in retail and you should NEVER accuse a customer of stealing purely based off a hunch and especially without valid proof. This is the first time that this has happened to me, I didn't know to take it in the moment, and honestly I feel hurt. I want that employee reprimanded or even terminated because that is not how you should treat your customers if you want to operate a business; you should treat all customers fairly and equally! I also want a copy of the store camera footage as evidence of our innocence in this injustice.I would not shop here unless you had no choice.Update 4/27/21:The first opportunity that I got to come in to talk to manager about our experience. I explained to her what happened and she did not express any actions of remorse or ways to make it right. She said I have to file a police report to look at camera footage so that's what I'm good to do. And she was not wearing a mask.

Absolutely no concern for their customers health. I used to go into this establishment all the time, but but we are in the middle of the pandemic, and their employees are constantly going around maskless. At first, it was just people leaving their mask under their nose, which makes about as much sense as having your penis hang out over your underwear. I swear, it's easier to potty train a puppy that is for these people to figure out how to properly use a mask. But now, they don't even bother. I walk in and I don't see a mask in sight. It's happened more than once, and I'm done.

Wonderful staff and best pizza around, if you are into east coast style pizza!! Lots of regulars and locals come through, but they are inviting with everyone. Super kind PS they make the pizza from scratch

I used to go often but they are not enforcing the current Covid-19 rule. Last time I was there they had 14 customers in the store and only 2 had masks on. Totally unacceptable. The clerks has masks on. They had a 3'5 card taped to door about wearing masks but no support to enforce it.

I usually really like this place but the last two times I went into this place I have the rudest experience. A week ago they complained to the customer in line behind me that she was upset because I asked for her to place it in a box after she tried to give me individual plates. This time I went in to grab some pizza for my family and the employee behind the counter grabbed a plate before she got angry for me asking for a plate later I asked for a box early on. She asked how many slices I was grabbing. I told her six for my four kids, my wife, and myself. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to order ahead because this was for all the other customers that come in and I was wiping her case out. I asked if I could order by the slice over the phone, the reason we go there is because all of my family like different flavors which is why we like going there. She told me I could do half and half. I said that doesn't help what my kids like about this place. she then asked me rudely what I wanted. Keep in mind she had one whole pizza, two 3/4 pizzas and two slices of another. Overall she had 22 slices of pizza and she was rude through the entire exchange and then at the end she asked me very rudely, is this it or would you like any others. I am sorry but why would I ask for any more after being told how terrible of a customer I was. I will not be going back and I will inform the management, the owners, social, and any other form of communications I have at my disposal to inform any customer that goes in there; that even though the pizza is delicious, the customer service of this place is lacking in every sense of the word and they should be ashamed how they not only talked to me, but to my child as well who was with me.

Never thought you could be disappointed in a gas station. I go to my boyfriends work for lunch once a week and we go and pick it up for the entire building. They do something different each week and decided on pizza from the shops favorite location. We head over and the store is practically empty minus us, a young couple, and a single gentlemen. The two women working ignored me and my boyfriend and served the man who was there after us first, and then another gentlemen walked in and she still offered to help him before us which was upsetting but alright, he's my dads age and I don't mind since we're probably going to take a slice of chicken pizza and 4 slices of pepperoni/sausage pizza. The gentlemen points out that we were here first, the girl running the pizza station rolls her eyes and still insists to serve him and we let him know it's okay, he can go first since we're ordering for a group. She quickly snaps that we can't order a whole pizza and we have to use the online ordering system, which her coworker at the register immediately responds that the online ordering is down and not working, to which pizza girl says "oh well, you can't order the rest of the pizza (5 slices)" having worked as an assistant manager at a pizza joint I know the importance of having pizza doughs stretched and inventory prepared for hand made fresh pizzas during the lunch rush (it's 1:45). She then claims they've been slammed all day and I don't understand the amount of work that goes into stretching dough and making pizzas and it's inconsiderate of us to want to buy out the last of their pizza. Maybe her passive aggressive tactics to get around doing less work and having an easy job work with other customers but not with someone who has put years into the same industry. When we make it to the register after the pizza box being dropped over the counter into our hands, the gal at the counter asks how much pizza we bought, and we tell her "we're not sure, the other gal was acting weird and wouldn't let us buy what we wanted" since of course the woman working the pizza station stopped communicating with us and kept mumbling under her breath about us we weren't sure what she had actually put in the box. She then blames US for buying out the last 5 slices during lunch rush and says she's not being weird its just our fault for buying the last of the pizza.. my boyfriend usually comes and picks up 7 slices for the crew once a month and has never been asked to call ahead, never been burdened by the staffs laziness and made to feel it was his fault they had no pizza cooked for the empty store of customers. Gave it 2 stars because the pizza was actually really good, but service like that I will never be back, will be contacting management tomorrow about the two workers since they're both the two workers on shift currently.
