Cashier randomly choose prices for stuff when I brought items to the counter. When I told him the price on the shelf was different he got irritated. He didn't want to correct the amount so I asked him to cancel an item I didn't want. Instead he canceled the cheapest thing and charged me for other things I did not purchase that were more expensive than what i grabbed. And then he got mad when I asked for a receipt.

I recommend no one, especially a female, ever get gas here. I stopped to get gas and was made incredibly uncomfortable by two guys outside. One of which was creeping in and out from behind the building while he watched me. The gas pump froze so I had to go inside and ask for help and told the attendant about the two guys making me uncomfortable, the attendant did nothing and blew it off. By the way I am obviously very pregnant. I left without getting gas I was so uncomfortable.

If you’re worried about COVID just don’t come here. Cashier during the evening doesn’t enforce mask mandate at all and doesn’t properly wear his mask either. I used to come in here often but after being near so many people without masks in a small space while I’m just trying to get a snack is definitely not worth it. Hopefully they can enforce the mandate at some point...

Cashier doesn't even acknowledge you when you say hi or anything, didn't even tell me if i wanted my receipt when i was waiting after my card went thru. Just stood there. Cluttered space that doesn't get enforce, when it gets backed up. so beware of your distance around people, pricing isn't special either for fuel. Just go to the chevron across the street, its cheaper overall and nicer.

Avoid if at all possible if you want to be treated nicely, appreciated, and do good/safe business. On Friday night stopped in for Subway on the way home. Terrible and awkward service! Only decided to purchase since the vegetables looked fresh, but never again. Then tonight on the way back home again, I stopped for coffee and a snack on the gas station side. Well, the just short of 4 dollar Starbucks coffee's lid had been tampered with. I went back in and asked about it, and informed the station attendant of the problem. He didn't want to exchange it. I said, well I'm not going to drink it because it's dangerous. He flailed around, rolled his eyes and said, "Come onnnnn man....." Instead of getting angry, I purchased a second coffee and made sure the top clicked open before I actually paid for it. It clicked; okay. So the attendant verified it audibly clicked. Which is different than just easy turning as he said it was supposed to, with no audio or visual click. He encouraged me to drink the tampered beverage. He even went and consulted with what I believe was his boss or possible owner and came back. Still no apology or willingness to return the spoiled goods. So I thanked him and left throwing away the entire purchase at the door. I will never shop with you again. Also I recommend others not as well. A new owner or management may contact me to resolve this issue/review if they wish. To everyone else, Take Care Charles

I am not certain which Shell station this post refers to, but if it pertains to the Georgetown location, I really enjoy their hot breakfast and lunch food menu. Georgetown Deli inside the Shell station has an excellent breakfast burrito.

This place was a joke...first, went in, asked the cashier if cash/debit were the same price..he said yes, the machine was messing up, eventually used my .40 per gallon fred meyer gas discount, yet because of the mistake with the machine, (which the female blond cashier warned the dark haired male cashier that the machine had problems earlier in the day, and he should try the other...he told her it was fine, I stood there for a literal 15 minutes, while they were trying to clear the machine, because it said processing 40.00 purchase, and I didn't trust leaving until I confirmed the charge did not go through. Save yourself sometime, and go to the Chevron across the street...oh, and btw...CASH AND DEBIT ARE NOT THE SAME PRICE!!!

Just got gas at this shell.. paid to fill my tank, the pump says I got 19 gallons, my gage says I got half a tank of gas..no issues with my gas gage, it'a a new car. When I said something to the cashier he said it was impossible and would not even come look at the pump or my gas gage...beware of this , the pump could be broke. Their meters could be off .
