“Not a bad place to store. Pretty clean. Bathroom is super convenient. Lots of units. And the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Nice location too. 4 stars because they do not offer good plug-in’s. For the price, I would like to see power outlets. But still a good place to store.”

When I entered store, I was greeted like I was family. I explained that I will be closing out my rental. When she pulled up my info she made sure I was who I was. She told me my balance and was ready to pay. I was short $ 3. And told her I would return. As we talked, it had been 15 min. Katie and I talked of things in common, then some. She said you know I believe I can help you. She got on computer and did her magic. She said that she would give me a discount of $20. My bill was $ 62. What a awesome employee. Being short of cash, she made my day even put a smile on me. Knowing I was signing out she had installed in my mind, a returning costumer. True I will always use Extra Storage as the only place, should I need storage. Katie stands with pride and knowledge in her profession.

Online reservation and document signing was super easy and i got a confirmation phone call as well to make sure i didnt have any questions. The app for remote access is even easier than I thought it was going to be. Rental and move in was a breeze!”

“I have been renting from Arm Guard for 17 years now. They have always been very friendly and I have never had any issues trying to access my storage unit. The units are heated and inside. I have even moved units within that time frame and they will always work with you. There even really nice when you forget to give your insurance when you switch companies. Security is awesome! There is someone there 24/7! I highly recommend!!”
“Unit and grounds are clean. Staff helpful. Not thrilled that carts are only available in certain buildings so if your unit is in the back, like mine, you need to go back near the entrance to fetch the cart and take it back after you've loaded/unloaded.”

“Japanese-level customer service!I was helping my dad moving all day and upon walking into the office, the worker, Cesar offered me water or coffee. And as we left he gave me a water bottle "for the road" (we were driving ~100 miles)The U-Haul van wasn't squeaky new but was good still. When we returned the vehicle it turns out we went over our 100 mile limit and so the payment plan changed. He went over it thoroughly and gave us peace of mind that he wasn't doing anything shady.He offered to look over the contract again with us. The best customer service I have ever received in the United States.I'm wary of salesmen due to bad experiences with local gyms and dealerships (NWfitco is one of those gyms ?) so his professionalism, politeness, and willingness to reassure us was more than appreciated. “I needed to change from one space to another and expected it to be a difficult process. When I walked in I met Grace who was behind the counter, I will greeted with a smile and it was immediately obvious she loved her job and really enjoyed helping people. She took her time listing to my needs and then walked with me so she could show me a better location for my needs. The paperwork was quick and she was amazing from start to finish.. THANK YOU GRACE”
“The young lady that helped me decide to upgrade to a bigger unit was amazing.. she was extremely informative, had answers for all my questions, was complimentary, and very easy to talk to. Even her delivery of not so great information, was done so in a way that wasn't rude or belittling. Give her a 10 out of 5 if I could! I highly recommended this facility.”

“Renting again. We rented years ago when we were stationed in WA before. We saw a “special” at Public Storage this time and made the BIG mistake of not returning to Emerald Self Storage. So we are back and won’t ever fall for another corporate “special” again. The customer service is 110% better at Emerald and they don’t try to raise rates every month. So happy to be back with Emerald Self Storage.”

“We have had a storage space here for probably 6-7 years. We use it for our business with spare equipment and other maintenance supplies. We also had to have one for a short period for our disabled son while he was seeking care. These folks are very responsive and always helpful. The property is well maintained and easy to access. Very conveniently located for us.”
“Came and picked up a truck with my wife. The mobile check in was quick and easy. Wish they would just keep the trucks filled so it's easy to know how much gas you need to put in since trying to fill a tank to a 1/4 gallon is impossible.”

“We experienced a catastrophic burst pipe, which required moving out of our space ASAP to begin the water mitigation process. Boush Moving was at the property the same day we called and the movers were wonderful! They laughed and cried with us as we began the process of cleaning up.
The heated storage kept our stuff safe and in great condition. The move-in process was very professional, and full of supportive customer service. I can’t rave enough how thankful I am for such a great experience.”
