This place is great. The facility is a little run down but the people who work there really care about the kids and I've always felt heard as a parent. Also thee most affordable childcare in the area

My oldest was there for about 3 years and she kept telling me over and over how much she hating it. Kids were treating her poorly and no one was doing anything about it I should have pulled her out long ago but I thought things were going to change is what I was told by management. This year I took my son there and he wasn't even there a week they lost his BRAND NEW BACKPACK for school plus two outfits that were inside. Also the Friday before he started school they allowed another child to bring a stick in the class and therefore my son got hit in the face. NO one called me to tell me know he was bleeding from the corner of his eye. But instead I get a note at pick up.. SO YEA I PULLED BOTH OF THEM OUT!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. We parents trust places to watch over our kids and for this to happen. Is beyond frustrating and NOT ok. No they didnt replace his backpack I bought a new one NO they didn't replace his clothes I WENT AND BOUGHT MORE!! Be careful who u allow watch yours kids!!

My son didn't even get a chance to start his first day so I'm not sure on that end but the manager for sure has an attitude problem. First she wouldnt even address my mom who came with me on the intake and just completely ignored her And instead of anwsering one question I had over the phone she decided to hang up on me. So yeah if you want to just catch a bunch of attitude from the staff then take your kid here but I am not okay with an adult acting like a child and potentially watching my son. Not gunna happen.

Hello! My name is Olga. This daycare was the first daycare in his life for my son. My son Emil attended this daycare for three months, went to a group of toddlers. We moved and we had to transfer our son to another daycare.I want to thank the administrative staff and teachers of the toddler group for their work and good attitude.Questions and problems that I had, they tried to solve here as quickly as possible. Special thanks to the staff for this.Yes, perhaps the daycare is not the newest and ideal. But the staff here is very friendly, always meets and sees off with smiles, always ready to talk.A big plus for our family was that the daycare receives funding from the Department of Social Security. Also, the daycare has a very convenient schedule.I really liked that in the kindergarten there was immediately a place for my child, we did not have to wait in line to get here. We were quickly helped with the execution of all documents. My son learned here to sing songs, dance, draw, fall asleep on his own. There are always a lot of toys on the playground for walking. The children's room and the walking area are very large and spacious.Teachers try to diversify leisure activities in the group as much as possible. All holidays are celebrated with children, congratulations on their birthday.I recommend this daycare to both Russian-speaking parents and native parents.

ass mass booty This place has gone from great to disgusting and unsafe over the past couple of years. Management has turned over a couple of times since then and teacher staff is now a revolving door. We just pulled our daughter out of there because they aren't even pretending to apply a curriculum for pre-k. They're babysitters, now, and not even very good ones...

Awful place. Had my kid here for about 6months. The place is dirty, drama, teenagers running the center with an older lady as the ring leader.. On our first day, they sent out car seat home with another kid and sent mine home with a random seat. No one called me and informed me, no one apologized, no one took accountability. Zero stars if possible!

This is by far probably the worst daycare center in Puyallup! I would only recommend this daycare for children 2 and younger those teachers are amazing however the center is dirty the toys are all old and broke and dirty! They don’t do much with the kids no arts and crafts. My kids were so bored at this daycare that they constantly got in trouble! The teachers aren’t warm they don’t ever seem like they want to be there! I never see them really interacting with the kids unless they are telling them to stop doing something. They go through so many staff members it’s hard to tell who your child’s teachers is! This is a good daycare if your kids can sit down and be quiet and color sonic the hedgehog printouts all day! My 5 year old was so sad everyone I picked him up and on a few occasions even told me about staff calling him names! He has been at a new daycare for a month now and he is so much happier and I never get called to come from work to get him for his behavior! This daycare will call you everyday to pick up your kid because they just rather not deal with it!

Would give zero stars if I could! Parents BEWARE!! I called this daycare to see if they had any spots in the 2 year old class and was told they did. Everywhere else I called had no spots open, so I set up a tour the same day. I get there and Katie does the tour. I’m not sure who she is, she may be the manager or something but I do the tour and decided to pay the holding fee for the spot. I again asked Katie if there were spots available and she told me that there were. Hence paying the holding fee. Katie is NOT very clear on topics when she speaks. So if you deal with her (hopefully not), ask PLENTY OF QUESTIONS. She told me that they’ll hold the spot for up to two weeks. While on the tour, I took my son with me who’s nonverbal and on the spectrum. And the whole time, I can see that Katie is sort of side eyeing him as if he’s a troublemaker because he wouldn’t sit still when I was doing the paperwork. I got a really bad vibe then but I decided to move forward and paid the holding fee anyway just incase my hunch was wrong. A week and half later, I call this daycare to move forward with the registration paperwork and Katie told me that the spot was filled. I was taken aback because I had paid the holding fee. She then says she didn’t charge my card because there’s a waiting list with 10 people on it and they called everyone on the list. Which is total BS because if there was a waiting list, why make parents pay a holding fee for a spot?!? Also, why tell me that that there were spaces available if there was a list!?! She’s a horrible liar! I asked to speak with the director Julieann and she gives me her email. I send an email to Julieann immediately to figure out what happened and on how they conduct business which is totally unacceptable and so unprofessional. It’s been over a week and still no response from the director and I even sent a follow up email. Silence! It’s clear they don’t want to answer for what they did. This stunt they pulled was a total inconvenience and they didn’t have the decency to let me know that the spot was filled. I only found out because I called them to get the registration packet. But again, parents BEWARE! This daycare is dirty/dengy looking but because no one else had spots open, I decided to move forward even though I wasn’t totally feeling it. BEWARE!!! If you have a child with any sort of disability, don’t bring them here. Every child deserves to be treated the same! I will be reporting them!

This place needs to either close down or change ownership completely! It is the absolute worse daycare I've ever see . My child was there for about a month and got 5 incident reports all of which was him getting attacked by other kids. We talked to the director (Kelly) and the teacher and all they kept on saying was "kids are gonna be kids" that is the most disgusting reply towards making sure the child is safe. I understand not all incidents can be avoided and that kids are going to be kids but they clearly know which kids have aggressive issues and yet they do nothing to prevent or stop them from being aggressive. This isn't just an accident it's a clear picture of their negligence and unwillingness to change or solve the problem. I even asked the director what next steps they take and all she said was that they will keep on documenting the reports and let the parents know. They don't give a crap about the safety and well-being of the children and it's clear through the attitude the director has when we bring up safety concerns and issues. If you love you little one and want to make sure they are actually taken care of, please please please stay away! No children should be neglected to the point that they get attacked constantly. We are so fearful of our child's safety that we are pulling him out and taking him elsewhere

I took a tour of this daycare on April 12th and everything seemed fine at first and I started the enrollment process that day and filled out the paperwork. They gave me the papers to fill out to enroll my kids. They told me that I needed to have medical forms filled out before my kids could start attending. So I was back and forth with the doctors and gave them the papers they needed for them to attend. The whole process was horrible and they needed all this excessive information for them to enroll my kids, I got them everything they wanted and submitted everything on Thursday April 29th. I talked to LeAnn who was doing the enrollment and she guaranteed that my kids would be able to start the following Monday. And this was all great for me because I had not been looking for any other daycares since I knew for sure that they would be starting. Then the next day I get a call while I'm at work from a man named Tom who claims to be the CEO of this daycare. He just told me that they had over-enrolled kids and that his staff doesn't know how many kids that they have at this daycare. That none of his staff knows what they are doing and he told me he is going to get to the bottom of this. This was all a complete surprise to me because I had put all my time and effort into getting them into this daycare, and for them to not even know what's going on at their facility. I would not trust my kids going to this daycare after what they had put me through and also for them not even knowing how many kids they have, how are they keeping track of the kids that they have and they don't even know who all is enrolled. The staff seems very friendly at first on the tour but then their true colors started to show when I tried to get back all the medical documents that they had received from me. I had asked for them back and went to pick up these documents that same day April 29th and the lady there told me that they don't know where Leanne put my kids documents so they told me to go back the next day and pick them up. So I went back the next day to pick them up and everyone was really rude, they gave me a file with just one single document in it and it wasn't everything that I had given to them. I'm still missing the documents for the instructions for the emergency medication for my daughter and I am missing their immunization records. They did not give me back everything they had lied to me and told me that they had room for my kids and that they would be able to start on Monday. I would not trust my kids to go there and I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody I know. They wasted my time, time that I could have spent looking for childcare, I took time off of my work to get them the documents they needed to enroll them. Wasted my time but I hope this review will be a warning to other parents so the same does not happen to you. PLEASE BEWARE the people running this place are incompetent and they lie. Just do not choose this place even if it's your last option.

This place has gone from great to disgusting and unsafe over the past couple of years. Management has turned over a couple of times since then and teacher staff is now a revolving door. We just pulled our daughter out of there because they aren't even pretending to apply a curriculum for pre-k. They're babysitters, now, and not even very good ones at that. Most recently, we found soiled clothing stuffed into her backpack with her other clothing, sheet, and blanket. Not in a bag, just right into her backpack which now is soaked with urine. My four-year-old doesn't often have accidents, but good lord, what lazy, thoughtless person thought this was ok?During the pandemic, staff was supposed to be masked. Almost daily, either on dropoff or pickup, there were staff seen in classrooms or in the office (the part parents and kids walk though) either completely without a mask or the mask pulled down. Every time I brought it up, I was told that they'd "mention it in a staff meeting" or confirm that yes, it is their policy for staff to mask up. Regardless of your views on masking, the fact that they just didn't enforce their own policies that are supposed to be in place for safety, is unacceptable. The owner, Tom, also spread misinformation during the pandemic regarding masks and other preventive measures via signage posted at the center and at the summer camp location. This place started going down hill quickly when the director (a couple of directors ago, I think) left. Andrea was the last good one, but it was clear that she was being hamstrung from actually doing anything good there.I know it's tough finding a child care center these days, but please, if you have the option, look elsewhere. I'm sure there are other places just as bad or worse, but I no longer trust this place to keep my child safe and certainly not to prepare her for kindergarten. The dozen or teachers who have cycled through that room in the past few months have been uninterested in getting to know the kids, have completely ignored kids who clearly needed attention, were downright mean to kids (witnessed during dropoff on numerous occasions). If you can help it, please trust your children to another center. Also, the five star review that this is updating was written with the promise of a starbucks giftcard. I'm not sure how many other positive reviews are genuine.

We are fortunate enough to not actually need daycare, but my child loved Summer camp so much that she begs me to go. It is reasonably priced with teachers that genuinely care and that I trust to care for my children. I have had nothing but positive interactions with all of the staff. Definitely recommend!
