I had the most amazing experience with Amanda at the salon! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Amanda not only fixed my brown hair box dye disaster flawlessly but also made me feel like a million bucks!
Her expertise in making my hair look natural and beautiful was truly remarkable. But what sets Amanda apart is her incredible personality. She's not just a stylist; she's a friend, a motherly figure, a nurse when you need it, a teacher, and incredibly talented at what she does.
Amanda took the time to listen to my stories, offering valuable advice and guidance along the way. And to top it all off, she even served me English herbal tea, adding that extra touch of warmth and hospitality to the experience.
I can't thank Amanda enough for not only transforming my hair but also for being such a wonderful human being. She's a gem, and I feel lucky to have found her. Plus, winning a service for free was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience! Thank you, Amanda, for everything!

Stylist: My husband Brian goes to Cian for his haircut and he always looks amazing. She has great attention to detail and is very focused on what she is doing. She is sweet and professional and the only one he will go to.

Very poor service! I called 3 times and each time I called they answered said the salon name and then hung up when I asked if I could come in for a hair cut. Which poor service do not recommend!

I went in on Saturday, March 8th and saw Lydia to go more blonde and get a haircut. This is one of the few times I have left the salon completely happy and felt heard with what I wanted and got with my hair! The blonde is blended so well and my hair feels so healthy. She did such a good job with the coloring and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Olivia at the front desk was very sweet and the overall experience was amazing!

WOW!!! Beautiful results from Lydia at Salon escape! I went in for a haircut and hair dye and it came out absolutely beautiful. Lydia is a very kind and talented hairstylist who will bring your vision to life! I wanted a black cherry tint done to my hair and it came out soooo pretty, I would definitely recommend this salon, the staff was so kind here and the vibes were so welcoming.

Kelly was SO gentle! I had almost zero pain during that hair cut where most stylists would pull and yank on my hair and almost tear it all out! She was great though! Highly recommend her and this salon!

Just got a haircut at Salon Escape! Absolutely loved my experience with Amanda. She gave the BEST head massage! Her conversation was incredibly entertaining and I don't think I've ever had such a fabulous experience at a hair salon! I 100% recommend! And I love my new haircut! My husband is going to be like "who dis sexy woman?"

My wife and I went in on the 25th. I won’t mention the stylist who saw me but I was very unlucky. I went in for a root touch up. I am a 40 year old male and have been using Aveda hair products for 8 years. I have curly hair and only ever dye my roots because I don’t have very strong hair and have been thinning for a while. My stylist insisted on putting color on my entire scalp and pulled it through my hair in giant globs, after I asked her not to. She not only caked my hair in product but then started massaging my scalp with the chemical dye in my hair. I complained that my scalp was burning and she told me it would pass. I pleaded with her not to spin my hair with the dye in it and she didn’t listen. The reason is it would dry out my hair, and I would start losing hair which I explained and she argued with me. As now I am home my hair is dried out and my scalp is damaged from her service. For the cherry on top, I scheduled a neck trim. With an electric trimmer. She decided she would take a straight razor to my neck telling me to trust her. I left with multiple cuts on my neck that bled. Shocking my wife when we got home and I complained to her about pain on my neck. She told me it was bloody and cut. This was a nightmare experience. I highly recommend that if a manager reads this that you have a serious conversation with the stylist who saw me. I am seriously considering cutting my hair which I have had long since I was 16 over this experience.

I came here to have my hair done before my wedding, and I was so happy with my result! Annaliese was absolutely wonderful, she was so friendly right from the start and made me feel so comfortable. Her depth of knowledge about all things hair is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in her chair. Annaliese is awesome and would highly recommend anyone to her!

Annaliese is the best! I have exclusively been getting my hair done by her for the last few years and every time I am in love and amazed with my hair. She can do advanced color techniques that give my hair more depth than anyone else I’ve ever been to. She is also professional and great company, so I always enjoy our sessions.
