Went into the Safeway at 13308 Meridian E Puyallup, WA 98373. Not to the pharmacy per se but just in general. The restrooms were the WORST I HAVE SEEN, ever in a Safeway. Urine was thick and sticky on the ground, your feet stuck to the floor. It stunk so bad it hit you when you walked in the door. Every dispensing machine in the place was broken, torn off the wall and so on. I felt like I need to disinfect the bottoms of my shoes before stepping into my car. It was a drug users paradise and pit stop. The most unsanitary restroom I have seen in a while. And I'm including you run down truck stops and rest area bathrooms while traveling. SO INCREDIBLY GROSS. Go before you have to go shopping at this Safeway. Avoid the germs

My family used to go here every time we needed groceries, since the food quality here was decent. But we stopped after a while as the employees started being rude to us for no reason and the place looked like it was in the middle of being torn apart. Today, I went there for a quick bathroom stop with my mom and sister and the bathroom was horrendous! The sink was cracked, there were holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, paper towels all over the baby changer, and it looked so dirty! The hygienic state of this place made my stomach churn.

Narrow aisles hard to navigate. More expensive than Wal-Mart.

I've had a working partnership with this Safeway for two Christmas seasons now and most of the staff members are very friendly. It's been positive as I would see them walking to go outside on their breaks, cart retrievals, or managing customer orders.Pricing seems to be getting better here like it was before. Currently, I'm not using the app, but being a Safeway club member still has its benefits. Instead of being only .50 cents to $1.00 off when things go on sale, I've seen that the sale prices have increased on certain products. One of the best findings here in terms of accessible essential resources for females is the sale pricing on the period hygiene products of the Signature Brand, which is Safeway's generic brand name. For less than $7, I was able to find a package of feminine pads and that's including taxes.Their deli section has improved also! Their food has been mostly fresh and there's more offers on their chicken. They have a "Cheep Cheep Chicken" deal on Mondays. And on Wednesdays, there's a $6 sushi offer on at least a few types of their sushi packages. I haven't tried out their sandwiches recently, but noticed an improvement in this section about a year ago. There were issues in terms of overcharging and cleanliness. But things look a lot better and fresher.

There were NO cashiers!!! FORCED to use self check out, which I hate. Asked to use the restroom and was told they were closed for the night. But I was told I could go across the street and use one over there. Not acceptable!!!

The baking department is has terrible customer service. Never around. When there, barely does anything to help with questions or services. Once was told that they didn't have bread that is normally put out daily bc one of the woman says she didn't feel like it. Went to other Safeway in Graham and they were so helpful and baked a fresh loaf without even asking.

I've been shopping at Safeway on Southhill since it was the "old Safeway" kitty corner from where Best Buy is in front of the YMCA (1980). Safeway is pushing hard to stop doing business with me. I'm a simple, old school guy that works hard for my paycheck. I appreciate face to face "HUMAN" interaction any time I have to give my hard earned money away and Safeway is repeatedly letting me know that they want me to get this experience elsewhere.

Honestly, it’s the only place I have ever been where they make a mistake and then yell at you for their mistake, so if you see the balding white man (one of their managers) and a lady with short blonde hair and glasses you can expect disrespect and attitude. Never once was there an apology for their mistake (which had resulted in me being late for work), the blonde lady sarcastically yelled after me to “have a good day”. With how old these people are you’d expect some sort of decency too, super unfortunate I’ve been coming here for years without a problem too. Disappointing.

The bathrooms here are absolutely disgusting. Sinks are broken. Mirrors have words scratched into them. Toilet paper holders are falling off the wall. Soap dispenser is missing and the paper towel dispensers don't close. It's been like this for a long time and nothing has been done about it.
