Update
Today was much better
Kid doing garbages tried to run me over on his way back into the store. He was actually aiming for me.

When is Albertsons going to fix their point of sale issue (Health reimbursement cards) with Apple Pay? Don't tell me it is Apple Pays issue. It only happens at Albertsons owned stores. You need to update your software.

I’ve never sobbed in my car do to a grocery store trip. Allow me to explain. 6 month ago, I got flowers for my mom. I put the flower at the lover level of the cart so the didn’t get smushed by other items. I went to self check out because it’s way quicker and they never have cashiers open. I paid for my items and walked out the store. This man named Patrick followed me to my car and he explained that I forgot to pay for the roses. I was mortified and it was a complete accident. I didn’t even bother to bend down to see where I put the flowers. I ran back in with him and paid for the roses ? (This will come back later so remember this!!) Today, I went to the store to get some groceries for my work week and breakfast stuff. I should mention that I have ADHD and I was listening to a podcast while shopping. It’s also important to note that I have a giant back pack in the cart. Heavy with books. I go to self check out and this Brunette named Misty with light eyes and braids who must be in her 30s says to me “this is a lot, wanna go to a cashier?” I said “No thank you because I will have to used 2 different cards and I like to bag my items in a particular way” she then rolls her eyes at me and says “okay” I got a wiff of alcohol on her breath. I noticed that multiple people who had way more stuff then me were using self check out and she never asked them to go to see a cashier. Because I had reward points, I didn’t have to use another card. This is where the humiliation starts. I pay and walk out to leave. Misty asked to see my reciept, I gave it to her with no problem. She said that I told her I was using 2 different transactions but I used one instead. Then she called security and Patrick. This is my fault, remember the back pack filled with books? There was stuff underneath that I forgot to scan. It was like 30 bucks worth of stuff. I apologize and say that I can pay for it right now but I have to be home by 8 so I can get home to my kids. Patrick says that he has to go through everything single item and take everything out the bag. I ask If I can just pay for the items and he told that he should call the police. He said he remembered me from 6 months ago over the flowers. I tell him to just take the things i forgot to scan and so that I can get home immediately. He said if he takes the merchandise back then he’s calling the police. I freak out because I wasn’t stealing and I got distracted and forgot to lift my bag up. He takes me to a cashier and is taking forever to go over stuff i already paid for. I then decided to pay for the rest of the items. I talk to Patrick and he says that he is writing me up even tho he knows I’m NOT stealing. He said he should call the police tho. I told him he should because I paid for items. Then the stuff I left on the belt is alll gone. I’m crying because now I have to go all over the store to get the rest of my groceries. I told the cashier girl to hang on. I’m walking around the store AGAIN and I got to another cashier named Sam. I let her know the stuff that is bagged is already paid for. I only need to buy the stuff in top. She refused to believe me and I have to show her my bank statement. Even then, she still won’t check me out. She calls Patrick over and asked if I paid for my items. He said yes and he already had explained that to her. Again, I’m super late. I have my receipt and I asked Misty is she wants to check it again. She said no. I asked her if she saw that I for too scan a few items , why couldn’t she walk to me and let me know. She waited til I was about to leave and called the manager and security on me. I asked her why did she have to make a scene. Woman to woman, she should have came to me and been discreet. Misty definite was under the influence and said “I don’t have time, I’m watching 10 other people and this would have never happened had you scanned your stuff the first time. You told me 2 transactions and one had one” I was embarrassed and held hostage. 3 people wouldn’t check me out until Pa

Went into the Safeway at 13308 Meridian E Puyallup, WA 98373. Not to the pharmacy per se but just in general. The restrooms were the WORST I HAVE SEEN, ever in a Safeway. Urine was thick and sticky on the ground, your feet stuck to the floor. It stunk so bad it hit you when you walked in the door. Every dispensing machine in the place was broken, torn off the wall and so on. I felt like I need to disinfect the bottoms of my shoes before stepping into my car. It was a drug users paradise and pit stop. The most unsanitary restroom I have seen in a while. And I'm including you run down truck stops and rest area bathrooms while traveling. SO INCREDIBLY GROSS. Go before you have to go shopping at this Safeway. Avoid the germs

My family used to go here every time we needed groceries, since the food quality here was decent. But we stopped after a while as the employees started being rude to us for no reason and the place looked like it was in the middle of being torn apart. Today, I went there for a quick bathroom stop with my mom and sister and the bathroom was horrendous! The sink was cracked, there were holes in the walls, mold on the ceiling, paper towels all over the baby changer, and it looked so dirty! The hygienic state of this place made my stomach churn.

Narrow aisles hard to navigate. More expensive than Wal-Mart.

I've had a working partnership with this Safeway for two Christmas seasons now and most of the staff members are very friendly. It's been positive as I would see them walking to go outside on their breaks, cart retrievals, or managing customer orders.Pricing seems to be getting better here like it was before. Currently, I'm not using the app, but being a Safeway club member still has its benefits. Instead of being only .50 cents to $1.00 off when things go on sale, I've seen that the sale prices have increased on certain products. One of the best findings here in terms of accessible essential resources for females is the sale pricing on the period hygiene products of the Signature Brand, which is Safeway's generic brand name. For less than $7, I was able to find a package of feminine pads and that's including taxes.Their deli section has improved also! Their food has been mostly fresh and there's more offers on their chicken. They have a "Cheep Cheep Chicken" deal on Mondays. And on Wednesdays, there's a $6 sushi offer on at least a few types of their sushi packages. I haven't tried out their sandwiches recently, but noticed an improvement in this section about a year ago. There were issues in terms of overcharging and cleanliness. But things look a lot better and fresher.
