Keypads are constantly broken, or have to be reset, or lock up. Today there was a note that BOA cards have to be swiped inside because they run the risk of being locked out if they are swiped at the pump.
The other Safeway gas stations don’t have these problems.

Zero Stars if I could - Safeway pumps are the worst, they are either cranked up with too much pressure or something else is wrong with them. They turn off when you are holding the handle when you have barely pumped a gallon of gas. Safeway in Graham is the same.

STAY AWAY! This station put a $200 hold on my account after only getting $30 worth of gas!! I didn't find out until I tried to buy dinner a few hours later and my card was DECLINED! My bank account couldn't do anything for me, I didn't get dinner, and now I have less than $7 to spend until this transaction drops off. Even the guy at my bank said this was an extreme hold amount for gas!!!

Everything works inside fine but they're on the struggle bus with their card readers at the pump. I've had issues there for the past couple months.

I would like to take a moment to highlight Rebecca in the Deli. She is an awesome part of the deli team. She has always been professional when it comes to customer service. She is quick and efficient with her time. I was so impressed by the attention to detail with my orders. While helping me she was also engaging with her team to assist with their needs even though she was not directly asked to help them. My family and I thank you Rebecca.
