The Puyallup office team was courteous, professional, and efficient in handling my windshield replacement. The entire replacement and recalibration only took an hour! Very smooth experience. Will do business with them again.

I made an appointment with Safelite to have my windshield replaced. Scheduled a date and a few days before my appointment I got an email stating they are out of the OEM glass. I called and asked for a price difference. They could not give it to me over the phone. I went back and forth with them trying to get a price quote for the aftermarket glass and they could not do it. I canceled my appointment and waited for the OEM glass, I was told it was 4 weeks out. About a week went by and I got an email stating the OEM glass came in. So. I again scheduled my appointment, showed up dropped car off only to get a call 2 hours later stating the glass they shipped was not OEM. Frustrated I agreed to the aftermarket glass but am wishing I waited for the OEM glass. I would not recommend this location, I feel they should check their parts before the customer goes out of their way to drop off their car off only to get a call stating the glass they ordered was the wrong one. Then they act like it's no big deal. They could work on their customer service. When they screw up at least apologize.

This location was great. The team there were professional and nice and the whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. The worked they did looks great! Would definitely recommend these guys.

TERRIBLE!!! THEIR popular slogan is '"Speedy auto glass repair" I dropped my car off around 8am returned to wait for my vehicle about 345pm amd my car hadn't been moved. NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE!! BUT THEY KINDLY WENT THROUGH MY CAR LOOKING THROUGH MY BELONGINGS! The front desk girl was rude and short. I understand them being behind and being short but I don't understand how she was confident my windshield would be properly replaced and calibrated by 5pm. Very disappointed. We had no vehicle of course and me and my 8 yr old son had to walk and take busses to run errands for no reason. Left the shop WITH THE SAME BROKEN WINDSHIELD

Fantastic service on my windshield replacement. Kelsey at the front desk was super helpful and got the process started quickly. Allison, the tech that worked on my car did a great job replacing my windshield and it seriously looks brand new. Definitely recommended!

I called on the phone - Refused to give me an estimate unless I gave my address, phone, email, etc... I just wanted a ballpark estimate on chip repair.
I went in person. I was the only person in the lobby. I asked for a quote and the rep gave it to me - Jamie Hall was the rep. I asked to make an appointment. At that time another customer came in the door, Jamie look past me and asked if they had an appointment, the gentleman said yes. Jamie asked me to step assign so she could help him. I complied. Turns out he was late for his appointment. Once she was done with him, she turned back to me. I told her that was rude. Jamie said, "No it's not, that is how we do business." I turn around and left, they are not getting my business.

I had a terrible experience with Safelite’s windshield installation service at Meridian location. The technician broke the camera cover during the installation and didn’t bother to fix it. To make matters worse, he left pieces from the old windshield inside my car, covered in glue. The new windshield was also not properly installed, leaving me with even more issues. Overall, the service was sloppy and unprofessional. I would not recommend Safelite to anyone.

Make an appointment and you'll be in and out in no time. Service was good and they repaired my windscreen. Billed it directly to my insurance and I was on my way.
