Went in to purchase a truck Scott was my salesman. Straight forward cut to the chase. No issues, was in and out with my 22 Ram2500 in like 3 hours. I recommend going through him with a purchase!

Bought an F150 Limited. Part of the deal was that the dealer would throw in a few interior accessories (that needed to be ordered). Deal was done a few weeks ago, and I am still chasing these little accessories. Blown off by salespeople Jake and Anthony, the parts department, Sales Manager Bryan, and even the store GM Tony Moore. Such a little matter, but has turned into a huge waste of my time.

Not sure about this place. It's amazing how no one in the service department ever answers the phone. I get being busy or being behind but they do not ever answer the phone in service department. Which seems strange enough just trying to make an appointment but then once my vehicle was in they never answered the phone during that time. Either two options here, go and drop off your vehicle and then say goodbye to it until they call you for payment, or two just keep calling different numbers until someone answers, usually sales floor, have them transfer your call to another answering machine. Had better service at a dive bar during a s*** concert for drinks than at this place. Don't waste your time and energy. Go to local mechanics.
