I have never been treated so badly in healthcare. The staff is rude and just don’t have time for you. They have not had most of my medications and say they are ordering them. Then if they don’t come in the order they don’t even tell you that. They just go on about whatever they’re doing and never let you know. Being in healthcare I know I can find better. Moving my medications.This is probably one of the reason this company is going bankrupt. They hire people that just don’t care.

The worst pharmacy. Came in 3 times over the last 2 days to get the COVID vaccine. I even called to verify and the lady told me to walk in. Get there and they say they can't do walk-ins, only appointments. Even their website says if any of the appt times don't work for you, walk in. Ridiculous. Plus the lady working in the pharmacy was rude, the male pharmacist looked over, walked 2 steps closer, then turned around to do something else like he couldn't handle a frustrated customer. All I got was "we're short staffed". I get it, that's the entire world, but at least put a sign up when you can't do a walk in. Especially when I hear conversations going on about your dog while I'm waiting for someone to even acknowledge me.

Rite Aid pharmacy on 112th & Canyon Rd is the best! Chanel went above & beyond to assist me. She provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

My rx was out of stock at my normal rite aid. They transferred the rx to this one. After I called and made sure they got it, I was told it would be an hr. I waited almost 2 hours and went to pick it up. It hadn't even been touched yet. I was then told to wait another 10 mins. There's no sense of urgency, they don't care about people at all.

If I could give less than one star, I would I have never had my medication’s ready on time . I received a text message saying my prescription was ready and then when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t there. Today was the worst experience yet ! I spoke to pharmacy staff yesterday and they said my prescription was ready today when I arrived to pick it up I was told they “returned it to the shelf “ because I hadn’t picked it up in time .I told the woman that is hard for me to get into the pharmacy I do have RA that is the medication I was going to pick up - a rather large woman popped into the drive-through window and said “ I get myself to work every day “ …………Ummmm , pretty shocked, how rude and not have any decency or compassion !The manager, and that my medication wasn’t here and walked away.! After leaving I thought about this and did not let it go. I called the store to find out the persons name so I could form a complaint, and they would not tell me who it was. Finally, they said only that her name was ‘Amy’ and that’s all they would give me -So ‘Amy’ I hope that you never hurt and find it hard to move - you obviously think you are better than me - and likely feel you are better then many other people . You can make your way to work every day - every day you can walk and move . You should feel blessed that is the case and not be heartless to people that don’t have that luxury, maybe someday you’ll find grace and compassion . Get out of Health Care if you can’t have compassion

My prescription for my SSRI was denied because my doctor let his license lapse, which is completely understandable. However, the employee Ha spoke to me and looked at me as if I were a criminal trying to swindle them. I did not appreciate being spoken to or treated as if I was pulling a fast one on the pharmacist because I have depression. It's not even an abusable substance. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This is my second bad experience with the same staff member but the first time speaking up..Today I was sent to the pharmacy by St Joes hospital to pick up my daughters medications as she had been in a car accident the night before and can’t move around on her own right now…The staff member AMY H. is extremely rude, from her greeting, to attempting to not help me because I didn’t have my daughters medical card in hand (it was lost in the car accident) I told her the medical insurance name and all my daughters information, she literally sighed out loud in annoyance with me asking for her help. After a long scary night at the hospital, having to deal with her bad attitude was not something I wanted to do. I feel bad for her coworkers too, it must be hard to work aside someone who is miserable at at work. I won’t be coming back to this Rite Aid

They always treat me with respect here, very courteous to me and maintains a professional atmosphere. On many occasions, the pharmacy has treated me very well and they've definitely got a returning customer.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Doesn't matter how long you wait to pick up they start filling them when you show up.

The website to sign up for an appointment for flu shots keeps crashing, I tried to call them throughout the day but no answers. I walked in and just get told they don’t accept walk ins but get quiet when I said their website crashes for making appointments and they didn’t answer the phone at all that day. Just get told “you’ll need to come back a different day”.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and the last 6 months it has gone completely downhill. It went from getting medication on time to it taking a couple extra days, now to taking 5 extra days to get things filled. Almost all of the staff is now completely rude all the time. I will be switching back to the Rite Aid on 128th and meridian instead. Its crazy to me that the meridian location is only open til around 6pm, yet they can always get medications order and filled in a timely manner and never use "oh excuse us, were in a pandemic."

Worst customer service, rude everytime. They hate the job, and it shows. NO CONCERN for timely fills. You could be in pain and they don't care. I hardly use them, but when I have is been awful.
