I've been receiving medication refills here for a couple years and if I have a new medication (antibiotic, ect) it's usually ready within a couple hours.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE !!!! This clinic shorted me out of my antibiotic’s for my kids and I had to bring it to their attention before even administering the medication and they denied the error.
I brought it to my provider and confirmed it was wrong and the pharmacist continued to tell me that we were wrong when it was clear in their face that they made a mistake and when I called back to speak to the pharmacist, she told me that I don’t have the credentials that she has to verify what I’m talking about and told me to go back to the urgent care to figure the problem out myself. Thank you Jamie and the b of a pharmacist for being a rude, uneducated, and fraudulent employee this career isn’t gonna last long for you if you keep treating the others commenting and I how you are, it’s disgusting.

The woman working the pharmacy drive thru today (her name is Jamie) was the rudest person I've dealt with. She literally rolled her eyes at me multiple times, was condescending, disrespectful, and just down right unpleasant to deal with.
I even apologized when I left for irritating her, and she said "well, it happens everyday". She didn't even care that she was being rude! I don't think customer service is the right line of work for her. She needs to drop the snotty attitude.

I had a perscripton that was to be filled today may 20th. I went in to pick up at 10am which I was told to. The pharmacist said it would be another 20 minutes and I stated that is fine. When I was almost back to pick up 30 minutes later they called and told me the doctor wrote it to be released on the 22nd but I am due for it. I called my doctor and had her fix the date. The nurse on duty called the pharmacy and stated that it is filled they just need the updated perscripriction which the doctor was working on. I called them about noon to ask if they received the updated perscription and was told no. And told I will get a text and asked if I was signed up for it? I said I didn't know and the lady was very rude to me. She was a different lady then who I intentionally talked to who was very nice to me. So I paitently waited and my doctor called me at 3pm to tell me the pharmacy is working on my perscription and faxed over everything. I then called around 3:30pm and was told very rudely and aggressively it wouldn't be ready tell 5 and hung up. That's so rude! It's so unprofessional and it's actually hurtful. I should have been told the perscription was written for the 22nd not the 20th and I was understanding of that and did my part to get it fixed. What I dislike is when I call to get a update to be talked to like I'm a burden when I was told by not only my doctors office but the pharmacy that it's ready to go. I have never had issues until now with this pharmacy. I understand working with the public can be stressful but if I am very respectful and understanding I would like that to come back to me. I have worked over 20 years in customer service and try hard to be polite and patient even when I feel that they are stressed. Maybe a apology like hey sorry for the mix up it won't be ready until 5 but the tone was off and hanging up on me was rude. You don't know what someone is going through and kindness goes both ways. Now seeing the other reviews I would hope someone would talk to the pharmacist about being polite to your customers. This is for my mental health and I was made to feel like I was being annoying. If she cannot speak to people with a little understanding then she shouldn't be customer facing at all.

I’ve never encountered anyone as rude as the woman working in this pharmacy today. Seriously. Lady, just quit and find a new gig. You clearly hate your job and it shows. Be grateful I’m not your boss, I would fire you. It’s not possible to leave zero stars which is a shame. Previously, I had encountered nice and professional employees in this store. But after this encounter, I will be going to a different pharmacy. I can deal with policies that negatively affect my convenience. I can deal with other things that happen because, you know, s@$! happens and it’s not always the employees’ fault. I get it. But the lady in question has no business working in any customer service position and I will avoid encountering her ever again at any cost. You madame are a disgusting excuse for a human being.

I have never been treated so badly in healthcare. The staff is rude and just don’t have time for you. They have not had most of my medications and say they are ordering them. Then if they don’t come in the order they don’t even tell you that. They just go on about whatever they’re doing and never let you know. Being in healthcare I know I can find better. Moving my medications. This is probably one of the reason this company is going bankrupt. They hire people that just don’t care.

This Rite aid’s pharmacy has the rudest people working. Even inquiring about if a prescription is ready is too much of a hassle for them. If you call and an old woman answers hang up and try again later because she will be the rudest person you will ever talk to.

Always out of my meds and my son's meds . When you click free delivery they will cancel the delivery and then tell you all the time how they can't do xyz (like call and tell you they won't be delivering your meds after you do online check out )because they are " too busy" worst pharmacy ever unfortunately I can't switch due to being disabled and not driving (why I picked it because they delivered and have a drive thru if someone else is picking up my meds ) don't use this pharmacy unless it's your last option.

The worst pharmacy. Came in 3 times over the last 2 days to get the COVID vaccine. I even called to verify and the lady told me to walk in. Get there and they say they can't do walk-ins, only appointments. Even their website says if any of the appt times don't work for you, walk in. Ridiculous. Plus the lady working in the pharmacy was rude, the male pharmacist looked over, walked 2 steps closer, then turned around to do something else like he couldn't handle a frustrated customer. All I got was "we're short staffed". I get it, that's the entire world, but at least put a sign up when you can't do a walk in. Especially when I hear conversations going on about your dog while I'm waiting for someone to even acknowledge me.

My rx was out of stock at my normal rite aid. They transferred the rx to this one. After I called and made sure they got it, I was told it would be an hr. I waited almost 2 hours and went to pick it up. It hadn't even been touched yet. I was then told to wait another 10 mins. There's no sense of urgency, they don't care about people at all.
