This location is open Sa-Su 6a to 10p and has Amazon delivery service. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean.

Today 4/16/24 a little after 6pm I enter this rite aid location my grandmother and I are waiting out in the parking lot waiting to get our prescriptions filled might I add we both have Influenza A and i did not feel like getting super dressed up so my clothes looked a little rough anyways I have to use the restroom while we’re waiting so I enter and ask to use the restroom the STORE MANAGER (JOE) looks at me with a very judgmental gaze at how I look and asks if I’m a customer there and why I need to use the restroom and if I’m from the goodwill next door not only was I applaud but just because I look a little rough because I have the FLU!!! Does not mean I deserve to be discriminated against I even bought a pack of gum to I guess qualify as a customer !!!

These people always short e on my medications then want to argue about it. They also never fill my prescription as written. They victimize their customers and want them to feel bad about their screw ups. Lack of accountability much?These people turn everything into an argument. Horrible experience everytime.

Edit: I just want to add here that this location isn't like it used to be if going by previous bad reviews. Yes, there are times when things aren't on the shelves, but that is all stores from time to time. I have had little to no issues with this Rite Aid. If you gave them a shot a year ago and didn't like it, come back and give them another now.Original post: I love coming here for my prescriptions as well as any over the counter options that I may need. The associates here, both at the checkout and in the Pharmacy, are very professional and friendly. They are kind and always make make me feel welcomed. It feels like I am going to go see friends and not strangers. For as long as I am living close to this Pharmacy, I will continue to come here to shop. Thank you so much for making this Rite Aid feel very welcoming.

Don’t make an appointment bc they will take all walk-ins before anyway. It is first come first serve so if your appt is at 12 you will still wait for everyone else who came before you to get their shot. They need to not offer appts bc it’s misleading.

Fist time visiting this location and customer service was horrible there was a gentleman name Gary was mad from when he got call to help me with a purchase he dint hade it to speak his face say it all I say hi and ask how was his day and act like he dint hear me not nice at all looks like he hates his Jod I recommend to have this guy working in the back come on people have a nice attitude your job pay your bills just be nice to others !!!

If you can avoid filling your prescriptions here, do it! I've had problems with EVERY script I've had filled here over the last few months after moving to the area. Just today I've called 3 times merely trying to verify info - that they can even fill my meds due to an insurance issue I had to clear up (unrelated to Rite Aid) & have been told, "thanks for calling, please hold" then left been on hold for so long all 3 times I've had to hang up because life exist beyond the phone believe it or not. Ha! I'm utterly frustrated & still no closer to getting my medications which I've already been without for going on 8 days. Fill elsewhere if possible, this store is too busy to even answer their phone in a courteous, professional manner. Rapidly said, 'Thanks for calling, please hold, click'... I'd really like for that person to AT LEAST ask me if I'm able to hold or if it's important before making that decision for me! It's extremely unprofessional & rude.

My son had a work accident and we arrived in the evening but before closing but the pharmacist said she was busy with inventory and couldnt help us for an hour. When I insisted my son needed the medication she said to go to another pharmacy down the street. Unbelievable! I will never go to Rite Aid again!
