These guys are magical! I stayed with them for 3 different physical therapy reasons for over a year, Kim and Susan were phenomenal, addressed every concern I had and could even cure my headaches with a few pressure point touches that I still can’t replicate myself! They are sweet, and genuinely good people. Don’t think I will find another PT like them!

I have been going here for a couple of months now for chronic back and knee pain. I need to go often so I go 2x a week.The staff are wonderful and all are very skilled at what they do. I have seen a huge difference in my balance, vertigo, back and knee pain.I highly recommend them and personally I would never go elsewhere.

Had a couple of sessions for PT of the pelvic floor. Didn’t feel that it was beneficial, if not useless. The sessions felt like a visit to a hairdresser were a person was talking non-stop and oversharing of personal life rather than focusing on the physical therapy. On top of that when I was stuck in traffic and didn’t make it on time I was charged $50 penalty. Never showed up there again, also asked my provider to change a referral to a different PT center.

I appreciate the personal care given by all employees at Rainier PT. They Provide a fun happy, enjoyable,and professional experience , while they take good care of you. I would highly recommend them.

Rainier Family Physical Therapy has provided me services to improve my physical health. The staff is so supportive. They genuinely care. Being staff who work the desk are attentive as well as punctual making appointments making calls for follow-up care, making sure documents are received from the doctors or are sent to the doctors. The physical therapy staff members genuinely care. They take time to listen to what is wrong and work diligently to help improve my physical health. I appreciate their dedication as well as their Drive care for so many people who are in pain. I recommend anybody with physical pain come to Rainier Family Physical Therapy to begin a path to Wellness.

Jenn is new to Rainier but what a great addition! She pushes you to achieve more but not so hard you regret being there. She listens well and helps you get back to your best physical self.

I have been coming here for three weeks already. My knee is already feeling better. Everyone is so friendly and nice here. All therapists seem really knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to come here !

When nothing else was helping my frozen shoulder RFPT therapists did counterstrain and relieved me of great pain and restricted movement. I highly recommend them. The staff are friendly and atmosphere fun.

Rainer physical therapy is amazing I wish I would’ve found this place many years ago down to the therapist and the aids and the front desk and the coordinator. All are amazing and caring. I had 2 shoulder surgeries and two ankle surgeries and hip therapy. They made me feel like new, thank you for making my therapy pleasant and caring. I always look forward to going to my therapy. They always made my day. You come here for Thearpy you will not go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to Rainier Family PT for quite a while now. That sounds like a long time and it has been. My first time was in preparation for back surgery. After surgery I needed a lot of rehabNext Wes internal surgery, more rehabJust recently I had a knee replacement. Rehab is so important and that all do a wonderful job!!The staff all work together to make clients feel at home while you get wonderful rehabI will not go anywhere else and encourage others to come here

Love this place!! Shoulder, neck pain so much better! They listen, they are knowledgeable, so accommodating, and best of all...get results. I have had PT at other places; this one is the best ever!!! I went from so much pain I would sit with ice on my neck and shoulder and could do nothing. Now pain is so much less and I can do what I need to. Worked with Heather, Susan, Barry...all did such a great job!! And the techs are the best!!

I’ve been to a lot of physical therapist, rainier physical therapy by far the best, constraint, and counter constraint. It works and all the people there make you feel comfortable and are very very very nice especially Susan.

Do not bring your baby here to receive services. I know that probably goes without saying but we were in a desperate situation with our little one and surely enough we were taken advantage of. Just save your money and go on YouTube. If you have no choice but to go here, just know you’ll be working with a new therapist every time, so no consistency. Know that every therapist will start their session AFTER your scheduled time even if you arrived early. It’s a guarantee that you will be overcharged for the so-call “work” they do which was a whole lot of nothing but tummy time. They will say they are qualified for working with babies, but turn around and end sessions the second they start crying (they’re babies, babies cry). Just an overall bad experience. I spent more time changing diapers here than they actually provided services. Stay away!
