The 2 techs were unorganized and over the place. The male tech was not confident and stunk to high heaven. I had to ask him to remove his gloves and
Change them after going back and forth between rooms. Left the tourniquet on for way too long. Visually the place was disgusting as well. You go to get labs but feel you’re going to pick up a disease during the process. Overall bad experience with Unexperienced lab techs.

I have been to this location three times and two times were when Jennifer was working and both times she has turned me away for test she is able to do at this location. She shouldn’t be working here if she doesn’t want to do her job. Horrible person.

After every month from a bad experience at the Sunrise location, I came from Graham to this location and the experience was totally different. There is only one professional doing all the job, she is kind and willing to help. You can see when somebody is not just working, but helping people. Thank you!

Went today to get a bit of blood drawn. I checked in on the app, the door was open, and helped right away. The staff were pleasant and funny. Didn't barely feel the blood draw. Was a nice quick experience.

They don't have the correct hours posted and corporate won't allow them to answer their own phones to help anyone. I have wasted gas and time that I don't have! Seriously, read through the reviews and don't use this place.

I was a walk-in, so I didn't expect much. They said they schedule people every 10 mim and give them 7 min to arrive and can squeeze in if one doesn't show. Waited for over 3 hours. The first hour, they had a few appointments, but for the last hour, i waited they only had 1 person come in. They all hide in the back and wait for the people with appointments. I suggest just making the appointment. This might help you, but call the number they will not make you one if you walk in. They will just hand the number to you.
