We have been a client of Tina’s since 2018 and are really pleased with her work. She is super efficient and always does a great job with our taxes. I have recommended her to friends and they are also very happy with her. Nice staff and convenient location. Competitive and fair prices on tax preparation. Would highly recommend!

Sent numerous requests for information through their contact sheet on their website... ZERO RESPONSE!!!! Sent an email to their listed contact......... ZERO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!! This is just the height of laziness and client disinterest. If this is your best first impression I hate to think of what working with you must be like! And who would actually do business with people who can't even be bothered to manage simple things like a contact sheet. How nice for you that you have no need for clients, referrals, or new business!

We went to Williams & Schloer (Tina Benson) for assistance with filing past tax returns for a deceased parent. What we thought would be a simple task for a CPA (and it probably is) resulted in a year of missed deadlines, phone calls & emails not returned, and inaccurate filings. After we were penalized by the IRS, Williams & Schloer said they would deal with the IRS, take responsibility for the missed filings, and have the penalties reversed. None of this happened and we spent additional, exhausting time on the phone with the IRS. I would not recommend this CPA firm for the most simple tasks.
