My husband and I have been customers at this location for over thirty years now and have always had the best experience until last Christmas. Our refrigerator broke on Christmas eve and I called and asked if they had any gently used refrigerators that were on sale. I was told there was one that just came in with only a few little scratches. We drove down saw it, scratches were minimal and purchased it for almost $700.00. I was totally overjoyed until it was delivered the next day and I was filling it up. When I opened the vegetable drawer, it fell out into my hands. The whole drawer was broken and just carefully laid in. I called after the holiday to let them know and was told the manager "Bob" would contact me. When he finally did, he accused me of breaking it myself to get a better deal, and when I asked him if they had a warranty on this refrigerator, he told me to bring him $100 and he would fix it. I called back and talked with the girl who I bought it from who was extremely apologetic as she did not know it was that broken. I explained to her that I did not want any deal just wanted to let her know that If I had known about it, I would not have purchased used, I would have gone with a new one instead. However, I do want Mike Little and all of the Quality Rental owners to know how "Bob treats customers that have been constant all these years. I will no longer do business with the Puyallup branch, which is very sad because I love Jennifer and crew. They had always been so sweet and accommodating in the past.
