I followed the arrow on sign to drop off small donation. Young gal came outside and said”we can’t take your donations if you drive in from that direction.”
I said I followed the sign. She said”sorry.” They should fix sign (which I confirmed after leaving), of be more considerate.

Their employee in the back lied and said they weren't taking donations. Turns out instead of telling us that it was "wet" he lied and just said they weren't taking donations. We found this out by walking into the store to see when a good time would be they could take them and said "we always take donations" . The box was very hefty came from 5mins down the street in light rain, long story short the employees lie because they are lazy and decide thay taking donations is less important than looking at a minimally moist box. Good luck, I'll be calling corporate ASAP.

It is illegal to refuse someone to use the restroom.
I have a medical condition, and I wanted to shop here. I needed to use the restroom, and the public one was not so public as it was locked off. I understand to an extent. But when I asked to use the employee restroom, I was told there were no public restrooms available. This isn't common knowledge, but Ally's law requires you to allow people to still use the employees' bathroom if requested when you have 3 employees on the floor. ( which you did) Based on my attire and character, it was obvious that I wouldn't destroy property or overdose/do drugs in said bathroom. Something like this could be a hefty fine against said store. I won't be reporting it, but I ask that you educate the employees on Ally's law and make your customers feel more welcomed by putting a code or key lock on the "public bathrooms" that are built into the store. I will be boycotting this store location and implore something be done about the lack of knowledge on something that's considered a basic human rights violation. Did you know restricting access to the restroom is against the Geneva convention!!

Staff are usually delightful, the management not so much. I shop here often. When I shop, I SHOP!! I spend $60-$130 at a time easily. Having a child who grows like a weed it makes sense to shop second hand clothes. I have no problem getting reimbursed for returns with a gift card, I know I'll be shopping again soon. That being said, I stopped to return some things I'd bought at another store ($130 purchase)(still in the same county,so it's allowed- I know the rules) The girl working the register had someone else come do the return because they're "switching systems" and the store I was returning from hadn't switched yet. The girl that came to help was no bundle of joy, she barely looked at me and when she did it was with her nose turned up... She looked the items I was returning up and down and scoffed. I'd asked her what was wrong and she said she wouldn't have even put the pair of shoes out to sell because they were filthy! A little dusty maybe, and I'm sure they would have cleaned up fine but they didn't fit my little. The judgmental vibe coming from this girl was disgusting and thick!! She finished getting everything marked on the receipt but had to call a manager to "okay" it because it was over $80 she said. This is when it REALLY got bad! The woman manager with the worst case of RBF I'd ever seen comes, grabs a couple of the items to be returned, looks at them from top to bottom. Then proceeded to take her cell phone out and take pictures of my items! WTH?! I've never in the years I've been shopping, donating, and exchanging things from this company have I ever seen that! I told her that the gentleman who normally helps me has never taken pictures of my returns. She then ever so snippy says "I'm that gentleman's boss!" I was in awe, I asked what was happening and she was talking in circles about how the store I purchased the items from hadn't marked, priced, color coded or categorized the items correctly according to company policy or something like that. Ok, I understand that can be frustrating, but how is this my problem?! I didn't mark them, I didn't price them, nor did I categorize then- I just bought them and would like to return them and try to purchase something that will work out correctly for my family! She then went on to say as she was snapping away with her phone, that she was going to have to contact the store I purchased them from to do what, I don't know, before giving me my refund. I told her I'd purchased everything with a gift card and that I was planning on using it again from this transaction to shop there. Her tune changed a little bit in the positive direction and said ok, to go ahead and shop and they'll just do the exchange when I bring up my new items for purchase. Which was fine with me, I don't care how the process is done as long as it gets done. All the while standing there like I'm a criminal or trying to get something for nothing, with an ever growing line behind me! I don't know how many times staff from different stores have commented on how the other stores tag, price, color code, or categorize things weirdly! I don't ever even think twice about it- it's not my problem, I didn't do it, it doesn't affect my shopping experience. Then about ten minutes later she and the girl with the turned up nose approach me,in a most incredible condescending rude tone tells me that she isn't going to accept the return! Confused listening to her go on about emailing the pictures to the manager of the store of original purchase, she's not going to do the return, and that I can grab my items on my way out!
For heavens sake it's the GOODWILL-It's not some sort of high-end expensive store. How she directed her aggravated hostility towards me. I felt guilty, almost criminal, even though I didn't do anything wrong. That's how much she talked down to me. I continued shopping in a cloud of confusion and baffle

Disappointed in this store. So.Much.Stuff on the shelves because their prices are 2-3X what they should be. It's hard to see what they have because stuff is literally piled on the shelves. No dressing rooms, and one single mirror by the cash register. Not set up for shopping ease or enjoyment. I won't come back here.

They are very picky about donated items. I was turned away because there were raindrops on the bags that clothes were in. I have had trouble in the past. Value Village is a great alternative.

DO NOT WORK HERE. Staff are rude, selective to who they want to help, and there's high theft activity here weekly. Most of the prices are okay, although a lot of them tend to be highly priced for a Goodwill. This place is poorly managed by who's in charge, they don't take Apple Pay, the bathroom is never open, and there's tons of cliques. If you want to work here for minimum wage, keep your head down, don't talk to any of the coworkers, walk in and walk out.
