Just went into Puyallup Diamond and Gold spoke with Erica.She is very pleasant and easygoing, making the whole experience comfortable.It was my first time going to a business like this. Really didn't know what to expect but I must say Erica is very informative and gave me a great deal. Highly recommend this business and if my needs require it.I will definitely go again.

Tried to sell them so silver today. They would not take my valid Passport. And told me it was illegal for them to take passport as ID In washington for selling items. Even though the sign they pointed to on their window clearly said you could use a valid ID passport or milatary ID. after leaving I looked up the law in washington which she told me said you can't use a passport however it clearly says a passport is perfectly acceptable. And I've used a passport at this location and quite a few other businesses for the sane purpose in the rest past. So I will just be taking my business else where from now on. And I buy and sell a lot of gold and silver so someone else will gain my business over them not know the rules properly. And if they don't understand something as simple as that what else do they get wrong. I wouldn't want to do business with someone so uninformed.
