They have phone numbers to various departments. NO ONE ever answers their phone. Been trying to get a prescription for three weeks now. I have tried calling various departments for help. If your able to leave a message, I have. INo response. Compared to the Healthcare I received in Texas, this Healthcare in Washington sucks. They could give a damn.

This has been my primary care clinic for 7 years now. I have a great primary care physician. I'm not the best of patients, but Dr. Kreinbrink has been able to help me make the best choices in caring for my health. I Love the pharmacy - thanks, Craig! (The others are great as well.)

Craig in the pharmacy and the whole pharmacy team are outstanding. My parents are regular patients of theirs and are always greeted by name. Craig recently helped me get a new prescription figured out for my father, which needed much back and forth with the Dr. office. He was empathetic, patient, communicative and helped us out tremendously. I can't thank them all enough!

This is the best clinic I ever have. My Doc, PA Burnson, is very professional and more than willing to work with my issues. Nurses and pharmacists are the another parts of their excellent customer service. Thanks all of you.

I was helping my mother refill her prescriptions and finding an alternative to having her drive to JBLM to pickup her meds. I called and spoke with Craig at the pharmacy in Puyallup. Awesome service, he was friendly and very informative. The service Craig provided was exceptional, he is a true difference maker! Thank you, Craig!!

Worst medical service I’ve received in my life. They don’t care about women's health, mental health, or the people they provide “care” for. I could go on for hours about the awful experiences I’ve had here, but I won’t put all my medical information here for the world to read.I will however state, that when you let this clinic know you are suicidal but you are the last patient of the day.. they will likely crumple up your intake paper and throw it in the garbage without ever glancing at it to know why you’re even there.I asked for mine back before leaving- they had to try and make it look presentable , it wasn’t. I asked why they even had us fill those out if they don’t read them, and pointed to where it asks if I’m suicidal today.Nurse said “you were just the last patient of the day, is all, we are all tired”.I left feeling the same, with no care plan in place to help my problem.Thank god I left and went to a new clinic, where they put me on proper medication and found the underlying issue. One that was never even thought to be investigated by the “team” and madigan a puyallup clinic.I hope this place gets shut down.

I’ve been here for almost a 5 years and really appreciate having a clinic I can come to instead of having to go to JBLM.The pharmacy is AMAZING, and I have a wonderful case manager for my complex care. I have a medical team here and at Madigan and they work well together to get me the care I need.There are some nuances to this clinic, like knowing who to call or contact to get things done, but that’s the way it always is with military health care.To all those complaining- if you don’t like your provider just request another one on the Tricare site, and if you aren’t getting a call back try sending a Genesis message.I really like this clinic and I appreciate everyone on my care team.

Please share your ways with madigan main!!! I miss this clinic so much. We moved on base and started going to madigan and it is just sad. Madigan main doesn't hold a candle to this place. If traffic wasn't so bad I would never have switched to the Mad house. Pharmacy and Clinic are both excellent and have great service.

Absolutely the worst service. No one ever calls you back. I work in healthcare and my daughter is also a dependent and she can't get in touch with anyone on her care team. Sad that our military members and their dependents are treated like this. So much for sacrificing for your country who cares nothing about you.

Impossible to get ahold of the front desk. The formal appointment line gave me the number to the front desk due to that being procedure for an ER room follow up. Called about 15 times and no answer. It sounds like someone just picks up the phone and hangs it up. There isn't even a que. I'll be switching my daughters plan during Tri-care open season.

EDIT: *My son's Doctor. dr. Bernson i think is his name. is amazing with kiddos.) I like it here better than on post! just wish they answered their phones. (Came back to this review a year later to say they still haven't figured out how to answer phones! Been trying to schedule an appointment for a month and a half!).
