Bad costumer service I never know, they give me different price on the phone and when I get there they give other price, and when you asked them questions they look like you're not welcome they office,
Unrespectable person.

Lots of rocks in their 50/50 and 3 way! Not worth it to buy soil here.
On the bright side, employees are awesome and the bark is good.

GREAT IF YOU LIKE ROCKS! My first time here was a couple years ago to get soil for overlaying and filling in my yard for an overseed. They were our of 3-way so they recommended 2-way. They mentioned something about the screeding was not the best so there may be a few rocks, there were ALOT OF ROCKS. I went back last week to do the same project on a different yard. They had 3-way, I shared my experience with the rocks, and they assured me that this batch will be good. Purchased 1-yard, spread out all over my yard. It has sat for about a week and it rained. I go back out and it looks like I just threw pea gravel all over my yard. So now I am out with a broom trying to get this up. Photo is from less than half of the area. FIND ANOTHER SOURCE FOR DIRT!!!

If you need beauty bark and you live in the area, this is the place. Great value. Quick and efficient. Excellent customer service. We came twice to fill up the bed of our truck with a beautiful dark and rich bark to put in the garden beds of our front yard. Both times we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely return for our future needs. Word of advice: make sure to roll up your windows before they dump the bark in your truck -if you don't, you'll definitely be wearing some of it. That was a lesson learned.

This is my 'local' bark/gravel, etc place. I ordered some 3-1 garden dirt and even pre-paid 40 yards of topsoil (for my yard project later ~ $1200). When I asked for a driver-I asked for someone with "experience". I got a driver that was hired that week.. and when he backed up-he backed into my HOUSE!! I was YELLING at him to stop before he did it to help avoid this from happening-even my neighbors in their houses heard me and came out... When he got out of his truck, he even admitted to hitting some lady's shed earlier that week. Needless to say, I wanted the damage to my house covered and the management pointed at my receipt saying, "any damage past the curb isn't our fault". I got some sort of compensation, but then I asked for my pre-paid top soil amount back. The OWNER then tried to accuse me of 'stealing' for asking for this back. He was trying to KEEP my deposit money!! I took him to court and he swore at me and whatnot, but later I FINALLY got my OWN money back!! Be VERY careful doing business here-I hope they sell it to new owners because their character and ethics are GARBAGE!! I should post photos about this later... ridiculous!

Incredibly rude on the phone. Was quoted a different price the day before for ~80 yards of fill, and was going to schedule delivery, and next day called with a completely different price. Without conferring with the staff member who provided the quote essentially was told that is today's price, take it or leave it. Absolutely wouldn't even talk through it, very hostile from their end. Just because of this I will never entertain the idea of buying from Puyallup Bark Supply. It is too bad because they lost potentially quite a bit of future business from me as I am going to need 400-600 more yards down the road of fill, let-alone future top-soil.
