I sent a box to my phone carrier on November 1 and it has not arrived. I did not take a receipt and lost the tracking number. They apparently have no way of looking up receipts (weird for a business to not keep receipts) so I guess the employee that told me that she offered me a receipt can enjoy the phone. I am looking into turning on the phone from the carrier since it is still under my name, God help you if that happens.

This is NOT the place to go if you need a notary. The absolute worst service I think I have had in a while from a business. The girl was extremely rude.I needed a notary and was told because it wasn't an "official" notary form she could and would not help us. Not only that, she decided I was not worthy of being polite.I explained it did not need to be an official form as the company just needed someone to verify a signature before it was faxed to them. But miss rude decided I needed to leave and go somewhere else.So I did just that. I called UPS on Meridian and the girl was exceptionally friendly. She told me, as a notary, she had a stamp that could be used on ANY form or paper to make it "OFFICIAL". We had the form notarized and faxed in no time.So thank you, Post Net, for wasting my time!UPDATEThere was no outburst. I was very direct and insistent, asking her to explain to me why she could not notarize a form that clearly said that it could be used to notarize the authorization I needed to send. This form was directly from the Washington State Department of Licensing. I'm not sure how much clearer this could be.The employee became rude and very unprofessional. The manager was not present, so I presume heard the version through the employee.Your employee is lying, and they do NOT know what can be notarized.Train her better please.As for me, I will continue to use UPS.

Went in last week to send two papers in a FedEx envelope. Guy tells me it will be like $83. I knew that didn't sound right and questioned it. He said, "I'm retail." Um, OK? So you rip people off? I understand this an authorized shipping place and they want to make a buck (totally fine with that, I came here for convenience) but I took a 10 minute drive down to the actual FedEx and they only charged me $13.95 for the exact same thing. So what exactly is this greedy place up to?!

I went to get a picture blown up last minute, because my guy that I usually go to ended up canceling on me. I took in my frame they looked at it and printed out my picture and it fit perfectly like a glove. And it wasn't an arm and a leg just for the photo I'm highly impressed by their customer service as well as the urgency that they provided to me, knowing that I had to have it done within a couple hours. I am not going to take a picture of the photo only because it has sentimental value, but they did a great job.

If you want to spend more than double what the post office charges you to mail a package, this is the place for you. If money is no object and you need something packaged and mailed, this is also the place for you.

These people are always friendly and efficient i have been going there for years and it has always been consistent . If you want fast friendly customer services (A rare thing to find) stop in and do some busisness with them. You'll be glad you did.

Price gauging! I went there to ship a box to MA. For ups ground they quoted me $178. I went to pirateship and put in the same exact info and got quoted $49. They also told me $680 for over night and pirate quoted $250. Can't imagine why they charge so much more, 3x as much. Guess the only thing I'll use them for is dropping off packages. They accept ups, USPS, and FedEx so that's good.

Jakobi has incredible customer smart service I have been in several times and this young man makes me feel like I am family he takes the extra time always smiles and walks you through whatever you need being older it’s sometimes difficult to know how to do some of the technical stuff I greatly appreciate and value his excellence I am at the 176 POSTNET off Meridian

Just had a wonderful experience and will be back anytime I need to print or send anything. Jakobi went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Had a lot to print and ship and didn’t feel rushed at all! Highly recommend!
