This PostNet has to be the top in the organization in all aspects! It is aways well staffed and the representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. All of the equipment is always working, and they are there to help if you have any problems.
But the thing that stands out is the customer service! Genny, Ezra, Jacobi, and Cassandra always greet me by name (I have a business box there), and they remember things about our previous conversations. I sometimes expect them to pour me a drink and tell me to pull up a stool - it totally has that vibe! :-) I am never rushed and I have noticed that they give this service to all who enter.
Recently, I had a package that FedX lost (NOT PostNet's fault), and they have bent over backwards to help me retrieve it.
This team is why I never go to the U.S. Post Office and why I will refer any business to come here. Well done, team!

So far, I have only started to use PostNet for a mailbox, so I have limited experience to share. They were cordial and helpful in setting up my mailbox for me. The accessible hours are convenient for me, and the price seems reasonable.

this postal service is amazing weve had multiple times had cards mad wit our photos for invites didn't take long at all.
Ezra works very well with customers, they all are customer friendly they welcome you by name most of the time

They are all very helpful with any questions. From grabbing my mail to printing out things that I need help with. Couldn’t be a better staff I’m telling you. They are truly the Best!!!! Hopefully I spelt everyone’s name correctly!!! I love having my personal mail box here!!!!

Love this place!!!! They are always so helpful with shipping and now I have had to get a PO box and this is where I chose to get one. Here are the reasons why. 1. You get and actual physical address. 2. Prices are reasonable. 3. Can have packages delivered here. 4. Convenient 5. They are SUPER friendly and helpful. Sooooo much better than the post office. Even if they are SUPER busy I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for any packages. Everyone greets me when I come in and they say good bye when you leave. You can't go wrong with using PostNet for your shipping, printing and mailing needs.

PostNet has been one of my most wonderful experiences related to businesses that I frequent due to their unique services. but I have found that they are much more than just a business, but rather more of a family that you visit, where they always remember your name and are glad to see you. And whether visiting for a moment to pick something up, or time is spent talking a bit about life, every friendly kind welcoming staff member I always makes you feel that you can stay as long as you'd like. And part of what is amazing about this environment, is that the friendliness is very real not just part of the training, as all of the staff treat each other as family also, and that can be felt every time I am there. And as far as services go, they are very efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable, and always assess your needs very thoroughly to make sure you get the services that are best for you. I really just can't say enough about what a great company this is.

The entire staff is exceptional in customer service. They are always happy to greet you and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Jenny really goes above and beyond but I really like everybody there.

Terrific professional boxers! We love being customers here! It’s rare these days to get such great customer service and when we do we love to call it out. It’s truly a pleasure to pop in to pickup our packages and mail and have a quick chat with Ezra, Jacobi, the dark haired manager lady, other lovely brunette woman, and “the kid”, as we call him. Sorry we don’t remember everyone’s names but they’re all great! They make a mundane chore a good time. Thanks guys!
