We just got our 7th month old baby girl’s ears pierced at the south hill mall and Mikayla was absolute amazing!! She was patient with our little one and even my other daughter as well who was not even getting her ears pierced! Highly recommend?

I met Lainey at Banter when I came in to have a 2nd piercing on my ears. She gave amazing customer service and had me in and out of that chair in minutes. She's an asset to your company for sure.

I did an in-store purchase and return with receipt, months ago, my return credited back to my debit card with minutes, now they are telling me 5 to 7 business days....for my refund. I use cash app card for a reason, everything is instant period. Banter didn't have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get paid. So yall won't be getting my business again anytime soon. And I was actually waiting for the refund to buy my daughter something else at banter. I won't be doing that at all. Have a fabulous day. And banter, kids aren't your only customers, I'm 50yo and don't appreciate having to TEXT customer service, that's unprofessional in my opinion.

I’m writing this with the understanding that Banter/Piercing Pagoda does not care about their customers nor do they hire their employees based on their customer service skills. With that said, I purchased a necklace for my son for Christmas and bought the protection plan for it. 2 hours after putting the necklace on it broke when my son took a small tumble on the floor. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a replacement necklace. After calling weekly, when I was told that I would be called by an associate, I decided to return the necklace and get my money back (because I was told week 2 that I could). When I approached the kiosk a girl with red hair and several face piercings who claims to be the assistant manager, sighs really loud, tells the person she’s talking to on her cell phone she has to go, someone just walked up and then slams her phone down and says, “How can I help you?” in an exhausted/you’re bothering me tone. I would like it noted that this is at 10:19am almost 20 minutes after the store opened. Long story short, she tells me because the necklace is broken that I cannot return. I told her that I wanted to speak with a Manager since they could not replace or repair my necklace in a timely manner AND I was told that I could return. She tells me that the person who told me that doesn’t know how to do her job well and that it’s corporate’s fault that they don’t have the necklace in stock. She repeatedly tells me that I can call customer service if I don’t like the return policy. After some back and forth, our exchange starts to get pretty heated (people were staring with concern in their eyes - so embarrassing!!!) and she finally says, “Ma’am, I don’t think you understand, today is not the day,” which felt like a threat to me. I told her that this is not how you speak to a customer and she needs to brush up on her management skills if she thinks it is. She then proceeds to burst through the kiosk door and storm away. She says, “if you’re going to be disrespectful then I won’t help you.” I told her that’s fine and I stood there and called customer service. She returns shortly after with mall security, laughing and asked me to “Move away from her kiosk.” She thought it was pretty funny that I was asked to leave. I didn’t leave because I wanted to get her name first. I never got it but by the look of other reviews here and words from an employee in an adjacent store….she’s pretty popular for these antics. In fact, I got her manager and district manager’s info and told her I would be reporting her. She laughed and told me to go ahead. I told her she needs to be written up for how bad of a representative she was of the company and for talking crap about them to a customer. She laughed and told me that wouldn’t happen. And she’s right, as I read the reviews for the Puyallup store, she is referenced several times over the last few months and she still has a job. Wow just wow! Great job to her managers Maricela - store manager and district manger -Stephanie rodan for allowing someone who cannot manage people, stress or to be human and kind run this location into the ground. If this is how they treat customers, I will make sure to spread the word to anyone that will listen so they will never make a purchase from this company.

The associate 13576140 was rude and unprofessional. She was annoyed because I had gift cards and kept making comments about it because she had to enter them in. I asked her politely to give my gift card back because I had online orders coming on that card, she got so irritated that she is supposed to keep the gift card with $0. When I asked her to check different sizes on couple of the rings instead of checking she just said I don't think they come in different sizes but you can check online. I guess she just wanted to be on her phone instead of helping customers. I spent about $100 but with her negative behavior I wanted to walk away so bad. Very unprofessional and judgmental lady.

The lady with blue hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I changed my mind and didn’t want the warranty on my items she got extremely rude and snarky. I asked politely while checking out if they had gift bags and she yelled at me exclaiming if I would rather carry it out without a bag. Very disappointed. She needs to be fired.

They told me they no longer do cartilage piercings and I'd have to go to the Tacoma Mall to get it redone. Called there and they told me the warranty basically covers nothin and I'd have to pay full price again to get it redone. Your employees should stop lying to get people to buy warranties when they don't cover anything she said.

Lainey I love this lady she has made my year and made my husband so happy with his gift she has the best customer service and she explained everything so well for me and what I was spending she is detailed with her work and saved my marriage cause I wanted to get wedding band cut but changed my whole thinking from making a big mistake I love you Lainey...it feels good to have someone like Lainey to jus care and take few minutes to give back to the community I love you Lady ?❤️

Stopped by the Puyallup location on Thursday, July 28th 2023. The girl working was rude, snotty and put out by having a customer. I have shopped your company for many years, I buy almostall of my sterling from your company. I asked her if she had sterling daith earrings and she took me to stainless, which is fine. I asked her if there was a reason for body jewlery being mostly found in stainless rather than sterling (because I saw she had many facial piercings) and she actually laughed like I was stupid, like a "mean girl" and said "I don't know I don't buy the product for out store." That's not at all what I meant but she was so put out that she was not paying attention to what I was actually talking about. I wouldn't usually complain but she is not good for your business. I have always had great experiences at your Kiosk but this was the extreme opposite. I felt very degraded,
