Navigating the website to load my rewards is frustrating. Wish there was a general membership not based on specific pets. I have a variety of pets and signing each one (or specific type) really adds up.

Im absolutly impressed with the support,kindness and proffessional way the Grooming Salons manager conducts herself. She is who Id choose if I had to choose someone to run my salon. She supports and trains her staff with kindness n knowledge. I was very impressed today ,as it was our 1st grooming appointment with this Salon. My poodles look stunning. There was nobody to help us in there. When a clerk finally came to the register she didn't want to give us the advertised sale price. She didn't believe us and went back to the shelf where it was to find out. Great big sale sign on the item. She was rude and stupid. Not a good combination.

Pick up your $100+ order from the PetSmart in Bonney Lake, if you want to use a restroom. This place will tell you to go over to the Jamba Juice to use THEIR bathroom. Bonney Lake Petco recognizes you as a human being with necessary biological functions.

Fams first time here & last. The manager, Sheperd, refused to sell us a guinea pig unless we buy two. When asked about Petco’s purchase policy for pairs . He stated “he dictates those terms” and called one guinea pig owners “fools” . Very unprofessional and sad excuse of a manager.

First experience with dog grooming Not impressed and zero customer service. I have a 2 year old golden retriever, when I called to book my appt I was told the total for haircut and bath would be 88$ upon picking her up they added extra charges for special shampoo, hand cut etc that I didn't not request and was not asked if I would like these things. As well as her cut not being what I wanted, I requested short as her hair grows fast and we hike once a week. It was not short and looked as very little had been done. When I complained about these things all I was told was sorry! Not customer service, no refund for charges not requested or offered No resolution to problems encounter I would not return and I would highly recommend finding else where to take your pet for grooming

Got an email from Petco for my cats birthday, it said I can stop in at any store to get a free small can of Acana wet food for her. I stopped in my local one in Puyallup & also got a few other cans of clearance items. Went to the register to check out & let the cashier know I had a free can for my cats birthday. The email also stated to just show the associate the email & they can type in the code for it. I showed the cashier my email & she put it to the side to do last because she didn’t know how to do it. After scanning the other 6 cans I was purchasing she got to the free one again, asked i show her the email. I show her & she says normally there’s a barcode I can scan, let her know that no unfortunately no barcode just says to show you & you can type in the code. She glanced at it again & said no this is online only. I show you where it says I can take it to any store & redeem it. & she gets irritated & says well I don’t know how to do this so I don’t know. I just stood there expecting her to maybe call for manager help or something to figure it out. But she just looks at me & says so do you wants this after all or what? & I got really bummed & said I guess not. & then she asked if I wanted my receipt I immediately said yes & when I say that she pushed no I don’t want the receipt & she says I can’t go back, you can’t get the receipt & I walked out. This girl seemed so untrained & wasn’t even willing to be customer servicey at all. She had a poor attitude & didn’t even try helping me get my free can for my cats birthday. The words are in the email “take to any Petco, show associate the code & they can redeem it.” How hard is that? If you don’t know ask your manager on duty! She clearly was not the manager! Petco do better. Hire better employees & maybe pay them better so they have a better attitude. I get it was one simple can & i couldve purchased it but that wasn’t the point. I got this email for my cats Birthday & instructions were literally in the email for her to follow.

Just about Every time I shop there the sale items ring up as the regular price. This has happened several times. I now take a picture of the sale item and tag to show the cashier.
