Im absolutly impressed with the support, kindness and proffessional way the Grooming Salons manager conducts herself. She is who Id choose if I had to choose someone to run my salon. She supports and trains her staff with kindness n knowledge. I was very impressed today ,as it was our 1st grooming appointment with this Salon. My poodles look stunning. Thank you for listening and being a great manager and groomer. See your Salon soon Stella&Ted..P.s. Thank you Julia H (our new wonderful, sweet, talented) groomer. The poos cant wait to come see you again

I was going to come here because i was in a crunch to get my new pup her next round of vaccinations, and with all the vet clinic being booked out for months this was the easiest option. I booked the appointment at the beginning of the week, and would be making an hour drive as well as taking a day off work to be there. I was informed that there was a scheduling issue (AFTER i called to ask how to fill out the intake forms) and that they were backed up, that was no problem. With 5 minutes to spare before pulling into the vet clinic, they tell me they can no longer get my pup in. Of course i explained that i just took time off work and made the drive to be there, hoping there was something they could do for me, but instead, they lady I spoke with was extremely rude and completely unapologetic. All in all I have no idea what the service could have been like but just based off of the complete and utter chaos that consists with their scheduling alone, i would not take mg let’s here, even in a crunch. Not worth the hassle.

First experience with dog grooming Not impressed and zero customer service. I have a 2 year old golden retriever, when I called to book my appt I was told the total for haircut and bath would be 88$ upon picking her up they added extra charges for special shampoo, hand cut etc that I didn't not request and was not asked if I would like these things. As well as her cut not being what I wanted, I requested short as her hair grows fast and we hike once a week. It was not short and looked as very little had been done. When I complained about these things all I was told was sorry! Not customer service, no refund for charges not requested or offered No resolution to problems encounter I would not return and I would highly recommend finding else where to take your pet for grooming

Avoid this place. First off let’s start with the one positive aspect, the scheduling system is very organized online. Once you get in this place just be prepared for the staff to fumble around on their tablet for 20 minutes to get you checked in. Even with an appointment be prepared to wait for a long time. The clinic is just a plastic fold up table with a bath towel set up in the middle of the dog food aisle in the store. The staff is extremely ill equipped and unprofessional. I just moved from out of state, so I chose this clinic while we are finding an established vet. My 2 cats were due for their yearly vaccines so I wanted to make sure they got them on time. I was so happy that Vetco could it, but this experience has been absolutely awful and I cannot understand why it’s such a fiasco just to get some basic vaccines. The first time I went the vet tech’s pants were falling down and she had her entire rear end out on display. She cussed at my cat and man handled him and got mad when the cat was upset, notated it in his chart that he was aggressive. Never in my experience with my cats at a vet has he been mistreated or mishandled until Vetco. My cat has never had any temperament issues at the vet. When I took him in again for boosters they refused to see him. I’m thrilled about that because it’s time to find better care anyways. Another massive downside is the obscene costs. It cost $310 to vaccinate 2 cats with their yearly vaccines, boosters and rabies. They were trying to upsell me for a bunch of other stuff too which I declined because all we needed was yearly vaccines. They don’t even do an exam so those fees are all vaccines only. Take your animals somewhere else, for the price you pay and the disorganized mess it’s not at all worth it the headache.

Just fyi they don’t keep there scheduled hours literally just got told they were closing early day of appointment because of low appointments one I had an apt at 1220 and two why did you confirm my apt then close before my apt at 1130… guess you can’t trust this company and there is no rescheduling for weeks out now past my dogs vaccines expiration date nov 6

Update... After two rounds of antibiotics due to Petco injuring Sammy we sadly had to bring him back to the vet for the 4th time. They said the antibiotics destroyed his gut flora resulting in vomiting and diarrhea. Petco still refuses to pay us a dime. The next step is court since they refuse to do the right thing.

I'm old enough to remember when customer service was paramount. Some kids today are really kind and respectful and working in retail is good for them to do. Some are not! My experience in the aquarium department, well, let's just say that I hope the fish I was going to but is doing ok at the store and that the rest of them are over the terror of the way the employee scared the $#it out of them!!!

I love this Petco! I have never had a bad experience here. It's always a quick and easy shopping trip. I ran in yesterday and got a couple things. It's always clean and really easy to find what I need. Stephanie was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for being so awesome!!!! And y'all got super cute sweaters for my dogs!

Everytime i go to this specific petco it's just a very sad and uncomfortable experience. the employees take forever to help you in the aquatics area and take forever to checkout. there one specific worker that just makes your business everyone else's and that's also what makes it uncomfortable. this store also need more workers cause 1 cashier is not ENOUGH.

They don't care about your pet just making money. Very disorganized. Took 45 min after checking in for our appointment that was scheduled over a month ago to call us over to tell us it was to soon after the last 5 in 1 vaccine to get a rabies shot. Lots of people and pets waiting in the aisle of the store for appointments. Huge waste of time.

Pricing is great, Vets are knowledgable and caring. They have good advice and vaccine and health products you need.

idk if these guys are going out of business or if they just don't have any product but the shelves are completely empty. I tried to go down an isle and they had stacked metal shelves so deep not only could I not reach the product, one snagged my heel cutting it open and it fell with a loud bang. Nobody even batted an eye. I'm never coming back to this place.

You know. Not too terrible. They are short staffed so I waited and waited and waited some more for some help. But when someone did come out, they were friendly. The store was clean given there are fish, reptiles, and birds living there. Selection of stuff for your pet isn't that great and it's pretty over priced. Better deals on Amazon. This is a smaller store as well. Again, decent all around. Staff was nice but just so short staffed it's almost like you feel invisible in there.
