Absolutely the WORST school photographer studio ever. 2 years In a row they have taken my child's picture. Each time has been terrible. Even the re takes. It's like they don't pay attention to the child on what they are doing. Either their eyes are closed and aren't sitting up straight. Kids under 10 years old need to be directed on how to take a photo.

Very unhappy with pictures i was had to buy through this company. Quality was not good , pictures were dark. It was my son graduation and they did not allow parents to take close up pictures and that we’ll be able to purchase picture through Perler. Well , the results and everything about the picture look really un professional. And they charge a lot for one picture, plus $8 retouch plus shipping and my total came to like $30 something.
For one picture that was not great. I had to buy it, because they would allow us to take pictures of our kid that graduated. But they got thi”professional photographer “ that can’t take quality pictures. I looked at all the other kids and it was all the same dark and awkward pictures. You the professional take charge of what you are doing before you take pictures. This feels like a scam!

This photography studio is amazing! From school pictures to family portraits, they always go above and beyond. Have taken my kids here for years and I don't know how they do it, but the images are always awesome! I'm not sure how they get the great expressions of my kids, but I love it!

Perler Photography is the best photo company to work with. I am a parent volunteer for my son’s school on photo day. I have worked with them for 2 years in a row now and I look forward to the kiddo chaos and excitement. Both photographers kept a smile on their face and worked great with the kiddos. They did such a good job I wanted more copies. I got them sent to my house and the packaging was great and my photos are amazing! I even recommended them for our baseball league

Great customer service. My pictures were destroyed in the mailing process. They remade them for me. I was beyond grateful. They were timely and wanted to make sure I got my pictures with no damage.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son's school pictures were incorrect, we choose an brown background and they gave us a grey background. I called Perler the day after we received the incorrect pictures which happened to be on a Saturday. I called and spoke with a very rude woman who said "well, I have no one in today to fix that, you'll have to wait until Monday". I shared that was absolutely no problem and we appreciate their help! Monday comes and no pictures were emailed. I called and spoke to the same incredibly rude lady who sounded irritated she had to answer the phone. I shared that she told us on Monday it would be handled but we still do not have the corrected photos. She assured me it would be taken that day. Surprise, it never was. My husband called yesterday (a week later) and guess what? They sent him the corrected photos while he was still on the phone. Does Perler not like assisting women? It took 2 calls and over a week of me trying to get the corrected photos with no success. My husband calls once and its handled? This whole situation really rubbed us the wrong way.

Do not recommend working here I only worked a total of 3 days. The owners husband Russ was very rude and tried to be argumentative with me during my actual training with an instructor. I quit and never got my full paycheck when I was as suppose to be paid along with another employee who quit also. Again Russ would not give me information on when I would receive my paycheck I had to email several times! The owner said she forgot about it ? Anyway not a great environment to work in if you ask me. There was also inappropriate comments made during orientation by The owners husband Russ that i believe was very offensive.
