I have been trying to access my digital download but cannot get proper help. I've tried calling and am waiting for an email response. Not the easiest to figure out or get a hold of anyone.

Great customer service. My pictures were destroyed in the mailing process. They remade them for me. I was beyond grateful. They were timely and wanted to make sure I got my pictures with no damage.
