I very much appreciate Carla’s help for expediting my insurance to get my CPAP sooner than later. It seemed to take my insurance forever to get my ResMed and after Carla’s call, I was notified within 24 hours with delivery instructions.

Staff is very knowledgeable and supportive with the care they provide. I was given everything I needed to know about my cpap device. If I ever need to ask a question they are just a call away.

I got out of the hospital with my ribs fractured in several different places. Called PHM company they said I needed Dr referral.I told them there was no way I could bring it to them . Would they please call my Dr. At the hospital And have them fax it.. They flat out said no.They were not only rude about it.But told me I should have prepare better.Receptionist was witch

Was told I could purchase equipment. Got signed off on compliance. Now I’m being billed monthly to rent this cpap for 6 months before I can purchase it, which I am now told is a requirement to rent for 6 months before buying. Paid almost $1000 in rentals in 4 months. Two more months to go and then I can purchase it at full price. I highly recommend choosing a different company to purchase your cpap and accessories. One that communicates well would be a bonus.

My wife and I were told we would be able to purchase her equipment after she meets compliance. Well, we have met compliance and are now being billed to rent her equipments for 6 months before We can actually purchase it. Told one thing and then something else happens. Paid almost $1000 in rentals in 4 months. Two more months to go and then we can purchase it at full price. Please choose a different company to purchase your cpap and accessories. Preferably not one that does a bait and switch.

Had an appointment today for them to check both of my machines the portable one and the bigger one I keep in my bedroom and when I made the appointment she said they'll be there at 1 is that OK? And I said yes. 1 came, 2 came..so I called her and she it looks more like 5. 5 came, 6 came, 7 came,..at 7 the service guy called and said he'd be here about 7;30, I told him to cancel. Lousy service. I'm changing vendors.

Dealing with this company is a joke. I need a new mask. Then my insurance isn't going to cover it because I haven't been using it enough. At first they wanted me to bring the machine in so they could download the usage data. And then in the voicemail that they left me later after I called them, was that they were able to download it. And that's when they told me my insurance won't cover it. And they only called me to tell me so, they should have freaking emailed me. So here I'm waiting for weeks until I finally called them. And this whole time I'm sleeping with a 74% blood oxygen level. I ordered the same thing through Amazon. It's cheaper and free shipping and it'll be here in 2 days. Plus I don't have to wait on hold or wait for them to call me back for an hour or more. Amazon's software is so easy! Performance Home medical, places like this are not going to survive when Amazon is so much better.I can't wait until Amazon is supported by my insurance and I can order a CPAP machine through them. My watch can do the sleep study. Jokes on them.
