I got a manicure on July 15 close to closing time. When I got home seven of my 10 fingernails, the polish was all bubbly. I called the next morning and told them about it. They said they’ll fix it if I come in I went in and it appeared as though it was looking pretty good when she was fixing it, but by the time she was done, they were bubbly again I was so angry. I just said I’m OK and I left, I was very unsatisfied with the service of my fingernails. Manicure was great, but the nail polish was terrible. I will not be going back.

Hands down best pedicure I've had.
First time I had a gentleman do my pedicure and he took care of my feet!
This gentleman forgive me I forget his name, but like a surgeon had a head lamp and tools galore sat down and put in work!
He went beyond the normal and even kept me entertained with stories and giggles.
Always enjoy getting my feet taken care of with my wife but I'll be back here again.

Pretty and new but staff wasn’t too friendly. Seemed in a hurry to leave. Said sale for newly open but didn’t seem cheaper than other nail salons not have a grand opening.

I love this group. They take good care of you. You will be happy with results. My only complaint is they have raised their prices a bit for gel, but if you need to go in for repairs or any rework they fit you in quickly and it won't cost you an arm and a leg. I wish I didn't live in two different places and had time to go to them always.

We spent 2.5 hours in here, and I left with messed up nails. The staff were nice, and my husband had a wonderful pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was great, but I had asked for a manicure that I did not receive, instead I was charged $10 for them to cut my cuticles….then I had to ask her to file my nails down on my left hand because she had accidentally made them all longer than my right hand nails were (no biggie). Then, the clear polish was smeared with white polish ( I had to ask her to repaint). She did not paint the outside edge of my nail with the white polish (see photo). Then, she tried to send me out with a completely messed up thumb nail. This is the end result after corrections. Do not recommend, we will not come back here.Service: Acrylic nails

I had an incredible experience at Perfect Nail Spa & Salon in Puyallup, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire visit.The salon itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a variety of services and treatments available. I opted for a classic manicure, and I was blown away by the quality of the work. My nails looked absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail was impeccable.But what really set Perfect Nail Spa & Salon apart was the level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my nails and that I had a great overall experience. They were kind, patient, and attentive, and they made me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I would highly recommend Perfect Nail Spa & Salon to anyone looking for a fantastic nail salon experience in Puyallup. Do not go here!!! After being there 3.5hrs for a full set and pedi I left the most disappointed I’ve ever been at a nail shop. I get gel on my toes and there’s like bumps and bubbles cured into them. The lady insisted on putting my socks on for me even after I said I would do it myself (because I had my hands in a bowl of acetone at the time), probably because she knew they were messed up. I didn’t even see until I got home at 8pm (my appt was at 4:30 and I left at 7:30) and took off my socks and saw. The lady who did my nails was horrible, the shape was TERRIBLE and bumpy. I asked for stiletto, showed multiple pictures and they were fat and dull at the tip with no apex. They looked like toucan sams nose from the side. At one point I asked her for the file to show her the shape I wanted and filed one hand MYSELF. She then took it back and started AGGRESSIVELY filing my nails and still didn’t do it right. My nails were bleeding from cutting my cuticles too! I will never EVER go back. This was my first time. They charged me for everything, pedi, full set, nail take off and cuticle trim.My friend who was with me got a nude to black hombre that was not blended at all. It was so terrible that she had them just paint black over the whole nail so she could feel comfortable wearing them in public. Terrible terrible terrible.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Had an appointment to get a simple gel manicure with black tip before my date on NYE, no extra stuff just a simple manicure. One lady came up shortly after I sat down to tend to me and after I told her what I wanted she passed me into the lady next to her who was already busy doing another customers nails. I sat there for 30 minutes after that interaction with the first lady before I was helped and there were only 4 customers in the salon(two pedis and one other mani besides myself)Fast forward to my nail experience, I said keep my length because my nails were already short to begin with so I wanted to keep what I had. The lady filed them down completely. Then when she began painting them, normally the nail tech will ask if that’s how I wanted them, if I liked them and also compare them to the other hand to make sure they matched. This tech did none of that and seemed as if she avoiding asking that question while she hurried my hand under the uv light so i couldn’t see. I didn’t see the nails until they were finished and they were very disappointing. They were crooked, choppy and the filing wasn’t even smooth to where the edges of my nail were bumpy and not even at all. I told her I didn’t like them and pointed out the many flaws, that in which she blamed my nail for! said it wasn’t crooked but it was the shape of my nail, the shape she filed them to! she didn’t offer to redo them she just offered to put a glitter line under the tip to even out the choppiness but it just made it worst and that wasn’t what I wanted. Then her next solution was to offer full nail color but again it was not what I wanted! Seems she wanted to just do what would’ve made her job easier, as if french tip wasn’t simple enough? Then the man comes over (I think the owner) and offered the same thing which showed me they didn’t care for customer satisfaction whatsoever. I told her just take them off, which she did. and then after it all, charged me 30$ for the “service” AND removal!! I couldn’t believe it! I left with absolutely no color and shorter nails than when I walked in and still got charged 30$! Based on the blatant disregard to my dissatisfaction throughout my entire experience I absolutely will NOT be back as well as my mother who had been a returning customer for some time. I would highly recommended somewhere else that is actually going to care if you leave happy because this place is not it!

The first time we went I loved the tech I had she was thorough and good. The second time not so much, my husband got the good tech and I got the crappy one, he was horrible, almost like he didn't know what he was doing. On top of all that my toe nail is infected and in pain and now I'm probably going to have to have the corner nail pulled, thank for the crappy expensive nail service, never going back! Staff was very helpful and accommodated me, being 8 mo ths pregnant. Very reasonably priced and clean.
